Sorry man, I wish I knew how to create something like that, but I'm not quite that proficient with the editor. I'm familiar with loading in a league and making changes to the structure of the league, but I'm not familiar with how to create new leagues (i.e., adding additional divisions below the PFL). There might be some people over at sortitoutsi or the FM forums who are way smarter than me who are editor wizards who might know how to do that kind of thing.

Good luck! 10m per year should definitely help out Dulwich Hamlet a lot financially, definitely to at least attract better players with improved wages.

Was he captain when Rooney was there? For some reason I think I might remember him being a really young captain for Derby around that time

@FilipinoFM the season after Rooney left he was the vice captain, but due to the captain missing some games he wore the armbands during games a few times. He's 24 now so he would've been 22 at the time!

I didn't think about this at the time, but could be a good idea for the future! I'd just have to make sure to let some staff go early, since there's a cap on how many coaches, scouts, etc I could have.

If we somehow finished top 4 with the 4 clubs we're managing that might be one of the greatest accomplishments of all

If you're doing that with AFC Wimbledon, sounds like you've had a really successful!

@@FilipinoFM escaped from the lower leagues and won some top flight silverware. so we're financially stable with a 120 million transfer budget as of 2031. i only signed UK and irish players if possible. made a rule for myself to not sign the cheap wonder kids so i dont turn the PL into a farmer's League with my dominance.

Honestly I'm not sure, I think it'll just depend on how I feel in the moment. Currently, I would say probably not, cause I kind of want to say if we can build a team to beat Mendiola. Also though, I would definitely consider taking them much later in the save if they ended up falling off a bit as a fallen giant type of save.

@FilipinoFM gotcha! What did you set their finances like?

@@wally3410 I don't remember exactly but it was the finances that were at the end of the Mendiola save. I think it might've been around 2 or 3m?

So to qualify for continental competition, we would actually need to make the Championship playoffs AND reach the final. The top two teams (in the playoffs) qualify for continental competition, with the winner going into the Champions League 2 and the runner up qualifying for the Challenge League (I can't remember if this depends on the Cup results though). We currently don't have a spot for the Champions League elite, but hopefully we'll build up to that over time!

One of my favorite players in Non-League actually is Danny Mills of Dulwich Hamlet. He was a target forward with great JR and was scoring 20+ goals per season despite not having many other great attributes. Definitely up until the Championship you can rely on players with good pace/JR!

If you've already downloaded the league pack online you don't need to do anything in the editor. Just make sure you're downloaded folder is in the editor file so that FM sees it when you open the game and you'll be able to play.

​@FilipinoFM it's there, but none of the nations are playable for me. I can select one of the main nations that the game comes with, start a game, and see all of the leagues in the save, but none of the ones I've added are playable. Is there anything I can do?

@@reece1201 When you start the game, is the editor data file clicked as "on" when loading the database. When you start a new career at the top right hand corner it should say "database" and probably 24.3.0. Click on the drop down for that and you should see all your available editor data files. Make sure the editor data file is ticked on (yellow check box) and that there aren't any other files that may prevent it from being on (for example, two editor files for the same league cannot be ticked on). If that is on, once you go to the leagues screen, you should see the league you are looking for. If that does not work, then you can reload the editor data file in the pre-game editor and just re-save it and try again using the same method. Sometimes it may be downloaded weird for the game, so you may just need to re-save it onto your computer for it to work properly.

it would and did you know that barca have only finished below 3rd 31 times since la liga started in 1928/29 and i assume that it would be similar for madrid

Thank you! I suppose SI's devs probably didn't intend for the game to be played this way, but it has been a bit of an interesting case study into the inner workings of FM.

Oh that's super cool! Did he also play in the MLS too? I seem to remember his name as a player, but I'm not sure if I might be mixing him up with someone else from back in the day.

@@FilipinoFM he played in MLS from 2001-2009 and then he was the coach of the Union from 2014-2024

Good point! I know a lot of FM sims have Kompany going back to Man City, it just baffled me that he would leave Bayern, who have so much of a higher rep than City at that point in the game, to still go back to City.

True! I know a lot of FM sims have Kompany going back to Man City too, I was just surprised to see him go back to City considering that Bayern would've likely had a much higher rep at that point in the save.

Interesting point actually, never really considered that Wenger kind of lowered the standards at Arsenal for awhile after having done so well in the league and UCL. It probably didn't help that they were hampered financially by the building of the Emirates for awhile too. Could be argued his steady decline/ maintenance was one of the things that made it so difficult once he left the club.

Do you remember what you named the file? It's likely that it ended up in the wrong folder. It will be a .fmf file, so you can search for those files and see if it ended up in the wrong place. If you find it, then you can move it into the editor folder. Otherwise, you could try to make the file again, and when saving the file manually select the folder it goes into to ensure it's in the editor folder.

That would be a lot of fun, although at the rate he's scoring now it might not take many reloads for Wood to win the golden boot!
