I have a question! I see this being made often and it’s always a large amount of food like this. Is this typically for one person or is this meant to be shared? (No judgement because I’d destroy this in one sitting.)
Depends on the person or how much is added to the dish I guess, but i would think most people make 1 packet of noodles per person
Buldak is too spicy for me! I love nongshim but i like the buldak sauce packet consistency. How do you make it less spicy 😢
I saw a video where someone made it with boiled milk instead of water, and added cheese
just use less of the sauce packet! that’s where all the spice is. only put in like a tiiiiiny bit and chuck the rest out
Just use less. You don't have to use the whole packet. Just use a little bit.
I know some people add milk to it, also adding more ingredients like cheese, mushrooms, veggies, eggs, etc, also helps distribute the spiciness for me. You can also add less of the sauce and gradually increase it over time to help build spice tolerance :)

The easy remove of the egg shell is not connectioning to the icebath after cooking. The older a egg goes, the easyer the shell get off the egg

The altitude of where you live changes egg time. Where i live, 6 min is like a 8 minute egg where you live.
