Pineocytoma, CNS WHO grade 1

Pineocytomas are rare tumors of pineal gland corresponding to CNS WHO grade 1 with clinical presentation of headache & visual disturbances. On imaging, round well-circumscribed tumor, less than 3 cm. Histopathology : round uniform tumor cells with pineocytomatous rosettes. IHC: Synaptophysin positive. Prognosis depends on surgical extent.

51 year-old man with extra-axial tumor having 3 recurrences. The scans posted are post operative scans. Unfortunately, we were unable to get pre-operative scans.

Ewing sarcoma, CNS WHO grade 4 in a 6 year old boy with recurrence. A large right fronto-temporo-parietal tumor causing destruction of the skull bone and reaching upto the scalp, also having intraparenchymal invasion.
