He's not a scammer, he's a hustler. He takes money from daft people's pockets and puts it in his through his courses. As a portfolio landlord, all information is already available, but these guys get people to pay for expensive courses. R2R, packaging deals, serviced accommodation etc are risky and most cases will not be viable. They get people to do this as it gets them most money, these are risky, failing schemes not suitable for 90% of locations. I buy cheap, refurb and rent out my houses. Learn some trades on TH-cam and do some work yourself. Scale up slowly and don't leverage with huge mortgages, the recent interest rate hikes makes it difficult to make it profitable. I have a dozen cash paid off houses and 3 HMOs which are leased, converted and rented out. The HMOs take too much time and I won't get any more even though it's cheaper and more profitable.
