I feel ya man, I’m your age and it’s just so hard to do simple things. Just wake up naming things you are grateful for. And I have really bad anxiety about the smallest things. As for work, I joined the Union, electrical/groundman, my job gets you ahead in life in my opinion. The unknown is scary. Approach everything with confidence man.
