Although this may not be new for some, it's new for us. For years - even decades - I was consuming microwave popcorn on a regular basis. Looking back, I wish I would have bought a popper long ago... While it's understandable that mistakes happen, this happened TWICE. After they handed them out at first I brought them back and politely pointed out what had happened. They apologized, took the grease-ridden burgers, and returned with "new" ones that appeared to be the exact same burgers, just re-wrapped. Needless to say, I called their 800 number to complain and received compensation.

On my C9 (2019 model) they sent a local, authorized LG tech to our home. Once he inspected the unit and determined the defect, they took it and simply gave me a check for the full original purchase price, including sales tax. At that point I picked up my C2 (see our most watched video) on sale and actually profited. So the C2 replaced the C9, and for LESS money than the original cost of the C9. Based on this experience two years ago, I would suspect they would do something similar. Panels cannot be repaired; they need to be replaced entirely. Thanks for watching!

Heard of the Copper Romeo 1 (and Penny), but never heard of a Copper X Squared. Of course, that's not to say that they don't exist... Oakley apparently created a number of rarities that never officially released. Thanks for sharing that info, and be sure to like + sub! 😀

Not sure how LG is losing... Sony abuses their consumers, no doubt about that. But it also depends on what you're using the TV for. This will almost exclusively be a monitor for gaming, and tests have repeatedly demonstrated that the LG doesn't burn (burn in) nearly as badly as the QD OLED - especially since the G4 features a heat sink and is warrantied against burn in directly from the manufacturer (Samsung and sony don't warranty their QD OLEDs for burn in). Also, I have a Marantz AVR, so I couldn't care less about this remote as I'll be using the Marantz remote, anyway, since it controls everything. Thanks for watching! 😀

The G3 (2023 model) came with a wall mount, but for 2024 the 55" and 65" G4 models came with a pedestal stand, which I preferred. The 77" and larger G4 models, however, came with a wall mount. Thanks for watching!
