The second board in the double feature from this date--the other was the QK80 MK2!
This board is gorgeous. I think I've just been putting together a lot of QK boards lately, so it was nice to get back to something a little more manual with all the cables and screws. I feel like I was starting to get a little too spoiled, haha!
I pretty much love everything about it: The color, general design, and how this build came together overall. Sometimes monochromatic builds just hit the spot. As soon as I saw it, I knew that GMK Rouge would have to be the keycap set that graces this board!

Howdy! I was recently informed of this and I’m absolutely honored that you decided to not only read one of my stories, but spend time on what is definitely one of my longer ones! I’m glad you enjoyed it, visceral as it was. I did want to add this on to it, that this story was actually a part of an event called the Serpentine Sorting System, where multiple members of the Library come together to create a new canon. There’s a bunch of submissions for themes and so on that are voted on, but this one was TitanClash: Live. That’s the main reason that there isn’t much discussion of kaiju origin, as it’s something we had already built. The focus of the canon started with ring fighting, and there was much discussion on controlled vs organic. My goal was to introduce how the animalistic kaiju were forced to evolve into the monsters you see in much of the canon. From mindless and barely alive to things that will actually fight. The rest of TitanClash: Live is very much worth your time, there are some great stories there. Again, thank you for your time and feedback. Much appreciated!
I am always pleasantly surprised when someone comments! The "TitanClash" gave me the feeling that it was part of a larger thing--this just happened to be one of the stories I randomly stumbled upon during a separate reading, and I couldn't get the imagery and opening out of my head. I'm glad that I read it. I totally get having something already established, too, so thanks for explaining the event! That makes a lot of sense. I'll check out some of the other ones! I just want to add that your writing is great. I really did enjoy going through this and experiencing the work. Thank you so much for dipping in to give me a little more info!

I am super late to this but I just got into this game by chance very recently. And I am in love! I’ve seen quite a few demo playthroughs with voiceovers. It’s interesting to see how some of the dialogue changes depending on your choice of backstory. Also initially Leander was my first pick based on the visual art alone (before I even played the demo myself) but he has since been moved to the bottom of my list. Mhin was at the bottom of my list previously but changed as well. So it goes… (my first and second I keep swapping with each other) 1 Ais 2 Kuras 3 Vere 4 Mhin 5 Leander. Kuras is my favorite ❤
I felt the same way! I tried really hard to wait until I got to the end to firmly decide on favorites, but I feel like the top 3 fluctuate depending on my mood. Mhin and Leander are swapped for me, but Ais, Vere and Kuras--it honestly depends on when you ask me LOL

@@luminousP Haven't built it yet, still waiting for my stabs to arrive. I got a peach pink one with the solder pack from a local seller in EU, the color kind of chose me. I was thinking of putting in some zykos 78g on the non-skeletal aluplate.
@@veyliness That's gonna be sick. I've tried the Zykos at a meet up but I do not own any my self. I don't own many Matrix boards, but their color selection is amazing honestly. I definitely feel like it's easy to have a color choose you, which isn't always common in this hobby!
