Yea it did. As I was spreading out the plaster, I was thinking it needs some sort of grit.

@Fricketyfrickdude i too started out small on the ground with my first course but soon it grew and built a table. Looks like u have the room, 4 ×10 is plenty but I still could go longer. You'll be able to design more flow to it on a table layout

@@RCRICHIE My wife is not a fan of a course inside, I have the whole side yard for my outside course with all the rocks and stuff. Depending on how involved my son gets into the rc action, that will determine a cool inside course. Your course is pretty legit though, I've already taken some cues from it and getting ideas to add onto this one, just in sections though.

@Fricketyfrickdude yea i was hesitant on building a table too because of wife but finally got green light. Def in or out a table is better. Good luck with it. Can't wait to see how it progresses!

This way works decent, hot glue isn't super strong though. My phone has fallen off a few times lol.

I like to start out by saying, that I do like your course and subscribed to your channel. I have used spray foam before, and it does get pretty expensive. I've made a few other courses, in practice and messing around and used spray foam with plaster paper. My plan is to add onto this course and I'm sure I'll use a few cans here and there of the spray foam.

@Fricketyfrickdude thnx it has come a long way. It's been so much fun building and learning as i go along. I'm always making improvements as I'm never satisfied. As we speak in waiting for some new foam to dry as I added another line. Once I built a table and set it all on top I was able to get a better flow. Yea it all gets expensive eventually but plaster sheets will give u the best shapes.

Yea I was planning of using plaster of paris. I gotta get around to going to Home Depot, to get it.

It's not rare, I'm just excited I finally saw one!! My Walmart always has just the 2023 ones.
