I have a question..i have a dermoid on my right ovary. I have a mass 6mm or cm?on my left , what would be best if i want to have a kid ?
That is good to know bad smear ruined two of my birthdays . I am a very sick anorexic and i will not go for my smears as i had two abnormal results. I related to my body fat and cut it very low. I am taking my chances so i dont die from my anorexia. I faint often. I have a body fat of 12 very lean and think its best at 3 three being the leanest survived as i believe im cancer prone. I am ok weight wise still bad but gained muscle. I opted out of all diagnostic testing as a relapse will kill me. In a year when ive cut the fat further i might get another test. The stress is too much. Id eaten a few chocolates depressed id collapsed in may and lost some independance and then relapsed. Im now afraid of all fatty food as i had a but of a spare tyre. Ive an extremely thin build. I dont mind gaining muscle. It happened before and i survived was about 4st that time. I restored but badly this time its going well except for a bad appetite. Seems to affect my brain and blood pressure. So yeah, i quit the smears.
Hii Dr. I have an ovarian cyst with internal echoes of 103× 68 mm. Should I really go for the surgery or it might get cured by medicine which prescribed by my Dr. ( general physician -BUMS) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE🙏 DR. reply me... 😢

Hello! I found your video very informative, thank you! Could large ovarian cysyts prevent pregnancy?
My sister is stuffing from bilateral orvrain cyst She's bleeding for two months now What should we do?😭😭
I’m 7 months pregnant & just had a 7.5 liter ovarian cyst drained & removed on Friday. Crazy to think a cyst that big, my baby & my organs were all inside of me at the same time. luckily I got to keep the ovary it was growing on & hopefully it doesn’t come back in the future 🤞🏻
Even for pendiculated fibroids?
Thank you doctor omg i was so worried.
Oh my… everything experienced except Anxiety. 😁 Thanks GOD Almighty for everything.❤
I had a 8cm cyst that wrapped around my right ovary. Excruciating, unbearable pain, vomiting. I had the exact same pain almost a year prior and was told I was constipated, even though I went regularly. Then this happened again, but even worse, waited in the ER for 6 HOURS crying, on the floor, literally begging for someone to help me. I couldn’t walk, there was no one way that was comfortable, the pain was just completely unbearable, never felt anything like it. Finally put in a room, scan showed the 8cm cyst, but by the time the surgery began they say the cyst and already burst. They only took half of my ovary, they said because the entire ovary was not dead. I already had a hysterectomy 3 years ago, so I actually wish they had taken the entire ovary. Here I am 7 months later with pain the same as it started last time. Pain on and off, not yet constant. But this time it’s on both sides. The thought of going through that again, terrifies me!
I have right ovarian simple cyst and my doctor recommend me to do laproscopy surgery and i am 17 years old girl can it cause any problem in my future
I have a 13 cm cyst that measures bigger than my uterus. I don’t want to be cut open but doc says it’s the only way. That laparoscopic is not an option 😞
I have 42×35 mm,,, which doctor i should see?
My mom's scan revealed fibroids and her endometrial thickness is 22mm She's 49 and not into menopause yet.. Is it a sign of cancer?
I have a complex ovarian cyst of 4.9 cm. Nd my periods from two months have not came What should i do
how effective Utrine Fibroid embonization ? wrt laproscopy amd open one
Im suffering now with this sickness 😢😢
It was definitely work on my cysts
It looks kinda big😮 are we sure you can't feel it?
It will take a little getting used to, but within a few days most women don't feel it at all.
I had robotic mayomectmy in November 2022 and after that uterine rupture at 9th month of pregnancy is their any chance to conceive again if yes then after how many years
Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that. You should speak to a high-risk OB doctor about your specific case to see if it is a good idea to have another baby.
Can you have small cyst that pop on their own and feel better? I have sharp dull aching pain and after a while the pain goes away on its own.
Yes, most rupture on their own and go away.

Hi doctor my age is 35 am having scar endometriosis i have kids also but now doctor ask me for surgery to remove scars but am having heavy internal bleeding also during my periods so please guide should i remove utreaus am also worry about sex life after this can these endometriosis come again after surgery please reply
Most symptoms completely disappear after hysterectomy. However, if you have endometriosis in your ovaries or elsewhere, they can still be stimulated as long as you have your ovaries intact.
When we can start exercise after cyst removal,?
All depends on what kind of surgery you had.
i had a ovary torsion surgery 1.5 months ago..how long i have to wait for pulling weight or doing heavy tasks
We are on the same boat. Talk to a doctor about this but for me right now, I can lift about 15 pounds. I can't pick something heavy from the ground and lift up because that will hurt me. I can use my arm strength only at this time. It will be different for everyone.
@@lissettearroyo4939 yeah, u have cystic surgery??? or ovart torsion?
It depends on whether it's laparoscopic or open surgery.
Hello Dr your video helped me calm down i was worried couldn't stop crying its 1am and i go in at 6am. I have my cyst removal in 4 more days my doctor said i can work the next day that part has me a little more worried because i do move around a lot at work.
How's your recovery going? I go in the morning as well... As you can see I'm also nervous.
Hopefully, after laparoscopic surgery, your recovery can be much faster.
Thanks so much for thjs video! I have a 13cm subseresol pendiculated fibroid. I am considering robotic laparoscopy, but are there chances that the entrie fibroid will not be removed and debris will be left behind? If so what are the risks?
I had right ovarian cyst removal back in July. I started first period in Oct this was 1 st period after surgery and it has been two weeks non stop bleeding. Not a lot. But just enough that I need to change pads a few times a day. Not much of pain. Is this normal? Or do I need check with doctor? I’m 51 years old.
Do u really need to remove the ovary if there is 7 cm cyst?
The risk of torsion or an ore twisting goes up after 5 cm so it is best to speak to your doctor about removing it.
6cm overain cyst can be removed without operation
It can sometimes go away on it's own
@@TheFibroidDoc mam can v get pregnancy with this size of 6cm
Hi, I just had a miscarriage at 16 weeks. Probably because of the feral anomaly, bladder was 32 mm. I have two fibroids. One 10 cm and one 8 cm . Do you advise to have myomectomy before trying again?
They were both outside the right and left side of the uterus.
Those seem rather big and you may be symptomatic with those + getting pregnant
How long I need to wear compression belt? What to eat to shrink or get rid of small fibroids. I just had open mymometomy
compression belt for as long as it's comfortable!
I am 48, have a large and small fibroid, but no heavy bleeding or pain, but the fibroid is pushing on my organs. Which is the best course of action since I dont have symptoms, and I'm perimenopausal?
If you are having symptoms, may want to consider treatment. If you can deal with it....you can observe and see.
I have cysts less than 10mm.I don't have any sort of pain in lower abdomen. My weight is 46-48kg.Doctor gave me ovasitol and normense for 3months.But I'm not getting my period.14days late already. what can i do?
It can be done robotically/laparoscopially
Thanks for the information ❤..love it
Thank you for covering fibroids! my wife had fibroids and experienced heavy periods, but Planet Ayurveda’s Fibroid Care Pack helped shrink them naturally. Even my friend saw great results after using their products. I highly recommend their herbs for anyone with fibroids.
Check for vitamin d deficiency before you get a hysterectomy 😢
Hi doc, I am having sub mucous fibroid measuring 5cm, is laparoscopy not possible for that? C-section myomectomy is the only solution? Pls answer this ma’am
It can be done robotically/laparoscopially
@@TheFibroidDoc I am glad for the response maam
I have a hystectomy scheduled for Monday and I have been wondering if I should remove the cervix or keep it. I'm having the hystectomy due to some genetic testing for cancer and I have the genes for uterine cancer.
What does your gyn say?
@@TheFibroidDoc she said because I was having the hystectomy for prevention of cancer that I should have the cervix removed. I am 7 days after surgery and so far so good.
I have a question! I have suffered since starting my menses with big ovarian cysts. PMH of stage I cervical cancer which I remain in remission for 🎉. This month I went to my OB/GYN c/o intense pain. The worst I have ever had. It was noted that my left ovary held a simple appearing 5.6 cm cyst. The next day I go to the ER with bilateral lower abdominal pain. The left cyst grew to 6.7 cm and then a 4.6 cm popped up out of nowhere on my right ovary! I finally have the OR date to remove these cysts (which I expect to have grown larger due to the increased amount of pain, pressure, and increase in urinary urgency). My OB doesn’t seem so worried. However, I have NEVER had cysts appear suddenly to be large, growing, and with so much pain that have required 3 months of pain management. I am going to request my OB to send the fluid in for cytology/pathology as I’m afraid there is more to the story. I do not have PCOS or any other gynecological conditions. Should I be worried? I’m looking forward to Oct 1st because that is the day where I am going to say good riddance to these painful beasts! Also, don’t mind my profile picture (as I am a comedian and an Oncology RN). Lastly, grey-black tissue has been expelling from my vaginal canal so I am also worried about that. I’m hoping it isn’t something malignant!
Will my stomach bulge go down after mymometomy ? How will does it take after surgery? I look like I am pregnant , how long does the pain go away like from getting in and out of bed, sneezing. Laughing etc,
All depends on how the surgery is done!
I am 22 years and a small complex cyst of 10*8mm with internal echoes and septations is noted in Right Ovary. (HAEMORRHAGIC CYST.)
Hopefully you can watch it
Thank you, your videos have been very informative 😊
Hello Dr, thanks for the educative video. Please can you speak on haemorrhagic multiple ovarian cysts. Endoscopic gynae suggests that I take them out asap. What do you say please?
If they are bothersome and painful, yes. Otherwise, you may be a candidate to observe it.
@@TheFibroidDoc thanks Dr.
