This is my second completion (first replay was lost, and it was a million hours anyway). It's not as pretty as an SS run, but it's as good as I'll ever manage. I'm just happy I made it to the end. Successful run of the final segment starts at 6:18. I didn't take the shortcut in order to save the special for the final jump.. and then i ended up completely wasting it.

yeah there is no universe where I SS this. Might attempt an SD sometime tho.
I remember in this level I was a bit helped by the tactic of staying in the room you start in, behind that narrow pillar on the side, it kind of protects you from explosions flying into your room. Due to the number of potential bugs in this otherwise good game, the game can also sometimes make this level easier for you by having the robot "get stuck" in a door, which then stops opening and you're not in danger of being destroyed. Anyway, I'm really glad someone put the full gameplay of this game on youtube. I had to figure out the puzzle from the Old Colony level myself at the time.
i just did this because I didn’t see the c switch. took over 350 attempts and I felt so dumb upon realising...

That was what got me into the game as a "can you beat this shit" challenge. I have no idea how anything in this level works.
Oh damn... By the end, that was pretty phenomenal. It's been too long since I played Audiosurf/2. Giving the n++ soundtrack a go seems like a great idea :D

Nicely done! This is definitely my favorite challenge that I've done so far. Interesting decision to open the exit with one lap left to go still, but you made it work in the end anyway.
