Actually, I think you’re correct that they are both stop signs.

Both marked, can't see a stop sign to the left but definitely one to the right can be seen at 0:11 but both solid lines.

It is a STOP sign and WAS a STOP sign in this video. Many drivers do NOT obey the rules at this T junction at all. And, there are absolutely NO police checking this notorious place for bad drivers.

It’s a horrible intersection isn’t it. Have been driving through there for 45 years and nothing has changed.
