How to update programme for VCI 100. I have Autel Ultra and using VCI-100 because its handy and easy to use in cars. but unfortunately suddenly its stop connecting with my Scanner and i tried many times but did not work out so i order another one and that work well for some days and one day i tried to update this new Vci 100 and update was not completed and stop loading in middle of process and that vci100 is also not connection with my scanner. I am preety sure this is a problem with software vci100. please let me what is the best way to update this tiney vci100.

Autels interface really sucks. It won't email, or print. It shouldn't be that difficult. I regret spending $900 for this boat anchor.

I spent $900 on one of these, and have worked on trying to get this to print, or email for many, many hours. I have a $20 OBD2 scanner that will print, email and even give me a map of where my vehicle is, the speed, the mileage, etc. Why can't Autels interface be that simple? I deeply regret this purchase.

These are great units UNTIL... you try to email or print a report. I paid $900 for one of these, and I've had a better experience with a $20 OBD2 scanner in that respect. That $20 unit will give me an actual map of the vehicles location, , the speed of it, how many miles it's been, etc. Autel needs to work on making their interface easier and better. Not only that, but, the updates are almost as much as the unit costs, it's just crazy. I regret buying this Autel unit.
