Awesome! Thank you for sharing your experience.
What do they use in the EU to sterilize the chicken? I’m never eating chicken again in the fake land of the free.
Overall, the focus in the EU is on preventive measures ( Good Agricultural Measures, GMP , proper cooking, Microbiological Monitoring, Biosecurity Measures) rather than chemical treatments for sterilization. These regulations are designed to ensure food safety while minimizing the use of additives and chemicals in food production.
I feel you. Be informed and making the right decision about our nutrition is key to a healthy lifestyle.
Well done!👏 ❤❤❤❤😊
Thank you! 😃
Very nice video. Thank You. 😃
You are welcome.
Eat like a spartan then
Balanced diet is always better.
I agree.
There's a lot of stuff banned in the US what's normal in Europe, like cheese or ham etc...I think that Americans miss out a lot of great flavors and...yeah, I think that that the American regulations in certain things are good...Beside its take away a lot of flavors, this amount of chemicals it's not healthy and a couple doesn't even make sense...they are only there because the regulation authorities think that the people in the US are stupid...That's your stuff to handle and I hope it's will not swap to Europe...
You make some valid points about food regulations and flavor diversity! It’s interesting to see how different countries prioritize food safety and taste in their own unique ways.
As far as I am concerned, any potentially dangerous chemical additives in foods and drinks are a folly and dangerous to our good health. Meat of any type is a problem as at a minimum antibiotics are necessary in today's high-intensity farming. To be healthy and strong in our bodies and brains we need healthy, nutritious food with the minimum of essential chemicals.
I completely agree! Prioritizing nutritious food and being mindful of what we consume is crucial for our overall health and well-being.
Just to watch videos of American youths trying to get the correct answers to general knowledge questions that they often get completely wrong or worst, they just do not know how to answer!
What is the connection to the video?
I have nothing to do with farmed seafood. I also have nothing to do with processed food, nothing to do with additives.
Even Europe is not cautious enough
My allergies red 40, natural lemon flavor
Thank you for sharing your experience! It's crucial to be aware of allergens, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

There are lies, and there are damned lies. This is among the latter.
There is absolutely nothing you can do to a carrot to make it into any kind of hot dog.
They're both gross regardless
@@hallzl1 nah carrots are a pretty nice vegetable
The hope dog no one wants, but vegans deserve.
Also full of enough carbs to drop a diabetic straight into a coma!!! Why bother with the bun just eat fuckin carrot don't lie to yourself calling it a hotdog

You can take planet ayurveda's atisaran mukti capsules along with diarhoplan syrup for stopping a leaky gut.

But Wen I Go Grocery My Tomato Must Have Seeds., If They Don't Have Seeds Is Man Made Genetic Modify To Be Sterile., Meaning Not Be Able To Produce More, GET IT, CONTROLLING FORCING YOU TO CONTINUE PURCHASING 🤔🤔🤔GET SMART
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this topic!
It’s also no use drinking lots of water if you don’t have enogh electrolytes
Agree. Water helps flush out toxins, electrolytes replace the minerals. We need both.
I usually drink a nice 16-20oz glass of ice cold water in the morning, as it's said to help promote neuron function. Amidst the rest of the day I drink room temp water so I don't shock my system. Prolonged work and a high body temp combined with too cold water can absolutely put you in shock.
Thanks for sharing!
How about you show what you’re making while you talk us through the recipe? I think you’ll have a much more successful video.
Thanks for the tip

Seaweed has way too much iodine
Correct! It's important to be mindful of our iodine intake!
I use to eat so called healthy food made me feel sluggish , depressed etc😂
Thank you for sharing your experience, it's great to learn from each other's journeys. What foods works best for your body?
Beef liver more dense and more pack with macronutrients, fatty vitamins and minerals That’s a super food Seaweed it’s packed lectins And as every plant realeases toxins
I agree with beef liver been a super food. Seaweed is also considered a superfood due to high level of iodine it contains that is crucial to the thyroid health. Seaweeds contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that help protect the cells from damages. It all comes to moderation and diversifying what we eat to get the nutrients our body needs. An excessive amount of anything can be bad.
Lemon pepper asparagus is delicious 😋 and garlic-parm is too
Who knew veggies could taste so good, right? I will try them out. Thanks for sharing.
EXCELLENT !!!
Many thanks!!
Why don't you get your vitamins from a more bio available meat based diet
Fish as stated in this video is a type of meat but If you are referring to meat as flesh of cattle, poultry, goat etc... most of them are not bio. You can buy grassed fed meat but they are more expensive. You can get the nutrients your body needs from plant-based sources such as vegetables, legumes, seeds and fruits. Buy them organic or grow your own. When it comes to the fish , it must be wild caught in the sea not farmed raised. Of course, they are exceptions. If a meat based diet or carnivore diet works best for your health, i encourage you to keep doing what works for your well-being. A plant-based diet works best for me.
Yummy 😋 😋 😋
Your support means a lot, thank you!
