Recipes and ingredients:
Recipe 1: 0:06
1 cup oatmeal - 200g
100g Feta cheese.
Parsley.
2 eggs.
Salt.
Pepper.
Dry garlic powder.
Divide into 4 parts.
Put the mixture into refrigerator for 1 hour or in freezer for 10 min
Bake for 15 minutes.
Recipe 2 : 3:08
1 cup oatmeal - 200g
2 eggs.
1 cup milk.
Green onions.
50 g Feta cheese.
Salt.
oil for frying.
Recipe 3: 5:34
2 cups oatmeal (200g).
1 tsp baking powder.
250 ml milk.
1 carrot.
1 apple.
1 banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
2 eggs.
3 teaspoon cocoa powder
Vanilla.
Honey
Grease the mold with oil.
Bake for 45 minutes in the pan.
Allow to cool.

what kind of cheese goes into the zucchini version?... looks like maybe Ricotta (Quark), or cream cheese or maybe Feta...?? PS: thank you for these recipes... they look nutritious and like not too big of a hassle!

You can use a flax seed or chia seed, but they have a slightly nutty taste. If you prefer a more neutral option, try mashed potatoes, cornstarch with water, or unsweetened yogurt. Hope this helps! ❤😍
Mashed potatoes (2-3 tbsp) - gives a creamy texture. Cornstarch or arrowroot powder (1 tbsp mixed with 2 tbsp water) - neutral in taste. Mashed avocado (for a creamy, mild flavor). Unsweetened yogurt or sour cream (if dairy is okay).
