Just in 15 min, Low calorie Healthy Broccoli Recipe - Healthy Pancake Recipe For Dinner
Looking for a delicious, low-calorie meal that helps you stay fit? These healthy broccoli pancakes are packed with nutrients and flavor! This easy-to-make recipe combines broccoli, eggs, milk, and parsley for a tasty, satisfying dish that supports your fitness and weight-loss goals. Perfect for a light lunch or dinner!
RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Pancake:
Broccoli - 300-400 grams, chopped in a blender
Turn on subtitle for more.
Add three eggs to the blend broccoli.
2 tbsp flour
Salt
Mix.
Divide the mixture into two parts.
Cook each part like a pancake in the pan.
Filling:
1 chopped onion.
Fry for 4-5 min.
1 chopped carrot.
1 sweet pepper
Add to the pot & fry with onion.
2 boiled eggs
60 g cheese
Mix.
Dressing 05:32
Greek yogurt/sour cream 6 tbsp.
mustard 3 teaspoons.
Ketchup 3 tablespoons.
Green onion
Parsley.
Mix.
Enjoy a nutritious and satisfying meal that helps keep you fit!
