Love the acoustic guitar performances. Three chords and the truth are all you need. I have a studio outtakes disc from his Blowin Your Mind era with Van playing acoustic and joking around along with alternate takes of the songs on the record. Spanish Rose is such a great song.
100% agree. I have the same disc and I prefer it to the polished final tracks, hearing how he comes up with the words and melody, Van talking back and forth with the sound engineer, lovely stuff.
I knew this was out there somewhere. Thanks for sharing!!! (Up until now, I’ve only seen short clips of this project.)

Hi there. I found about 100 x vhs tapes in my parents loft and went through them all. Mainly lots of rubbish recorded off the tv, but this was on one so I thought I'd upload it.
