@@michaelgarza256 Thanks🫡 You should check out roseanvil, as he does this type of content and is infinitely better in production effort.
This will result in the jacket getting stuck in your barrel at some point. Fmj bullets have an open base with the lead exposed
I thought that could be a possibility if I drilled too deep into the projectile. Though through my short tests, nothing like that happened. I made sure the barrel was clear after shooting.

@WhiskeyTheRaptor good to hear man having enough ammo is an illusion.
Its simple. I catch worms using a metal rod connected to house electric socket. 220V is in it here. You need only one cable connected to phase (+). The security is a must in the process. I use rubber boots and during the whole process my hand is on the swithch. You have to watch very carefully that nobody is around also no pets. I switch on then wait couple of minutes then switch off and only after switching off I go and collect worms. During electricity plugged on I stand several meters away from the rod. Its very effective. Collected worms lives without any problem for quite long time stored in the bucket or box full of ground and weed. If stored properly they are doing fine for several weeks or even months. Just keep it out from the warm place. Store in garage or any cold place and keep it little moist. Do not overwet or let dry. If stored that way in a big enough container feed them with grass, leaves, coffee grounds and givin them fresh ground/soil once a month I believe its possible for keeping them for a very long or unlimited time.
@@mixi1141 Thanks for the information. Unfortunately I’ve got my fill of trying this. I was just doing this as an experiment!
Electrodes max 3ft apart. Or garden fork pushed in and tap it with something hard
@@razzledazzle8948 I would do that, but I’ve done this too many times to rehash it again. Thanks though!
Thumbs down. Total waste of time.
@@DemocraticMike Sounds like you’re so miserable that your time isn’t worth anything to begin with:(
I tried plug the cables from house electricity with 2 screwdriver going trough the ground idk how much the volts all the worms died inside the soil when i dig it
@@pappiofficial3838 I don’t think you can leave it on for long. Just long enough for them to surface
Just keep it switched on for couple of minutes. Dont let the electricity to go there for a long time. Its better to switch on and off periodically. Once they start showing cut off the electricity. Use metal rod instead of screwdrivers and you need only one connected to it. Just possitive line (+). I commented on it in main comments.
@@mixi1141 I saw it, thanks for the comment!
I bet I had more fun watching that than you had making it.
@@natjonestower3035 well at the very least the fun is somewhat mutual!
Perhaps you need to get the garden hose and actually hose that area down make it so muddy where the ground is just moist like a sponge and then use the electricity on it.
I'm thinking you judge the project of what you were doing too quickly, never judge a book by its cover and don't knock it until you try it.
Why are you telling a story about a caterpillar taking a poop like that really is a fascinating story not 🚫
You're probably doing it wrong you should probably use a car battery and some metal copper pipes stuck into the ground with jumper chords I repeat copper rods spaced apart with car jumper attached to the rods that are in the ground and the other end of the jumper chords to the car battery and the ground has to be very soaked because I believe you did it wrong.
I’ve done the test multiple time with terrible results. I’ve done it with a car battery, 120v AC, wiggling a shovel. And I’ve tried them when the ground was dry and just after a heavy rain. I think I’ve covered all the bases.
Car battery has not enough voltage. I use 220 volts from the house.
All you need is wet cardboard
Easy to do the AC version. AC power cord, snap off the ground. Put the power wire to rod. The earth is ground, make the current.. They don't sell them anymore, so I made my own. We used to have rows of them as a kid, buckets of worms. (I made a wood handle for the rod..... this is danger zone and... ya.. know what you doing....)
I tried 120v in my latest video on this, and it work decently well. th-cam.com/video/yP8jzcORTpk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=T6NaUA1rH5JsyNoW
whot a bullcrap vid
Back in the days crominals used to cut crosses into fullmetal jacked bullets. For example for .380 (which was pretty popular in germany) but lacks stopping power. Would love to know if this actually worked
Unfortunately I do not have a .380 to test that. Although TH-cam is a big enough place that somebody may have already done that!
@@WhiskeyTheRaptor weirdly enough I havend found anybody who tryed this x-bullets with full metal jackeds. Not even with more common rounds like 9mm parabellum

If you are “not” using them to fish with… then I think they should be left alone… Simple.. point blank.. That’s what I said and meant…
@@cynthiaclark2814 yeah I got that much. You just don’t have much a valid reason besides what you think/believe. There was no major impact to the earthworms in my area, just a couple fewer.
@@WhiskeyTheRaptor ok…👍🏽
Id say try to find a few and focus on the most entertaining one.
I could do that, although I like the luck of the draw approach. I know I would leave a few for last if I chose myself.
Guys I swear this was supposed to be a good idea for a video. The video was chosen at random and this was a bad pick in my book. I might try to do a better job at this later(no promises)
110 volt not 12
I done just that in my last video on the subject. th-cam.com/video/yP8jzcORTpk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=tK-Tp8GO4rFqzidY
Just subscribed you weird mf
The downside of hollow points is that they are prone to plugging when going through multiple layers of fabric and acting like an fmj. If you fill the tip with a small amount of silicone it’s supposed to not plug but still have expansion. If you cut a cross in the tip with a hacksaw blade it should also help to fragment. A 9mm hollow point should have enough penetration for center mass shots so no worry about the loss of penetration for expansion. My son and I were in a self defense shooting and we were using the critical defense .380 which is supposed to have 9” of penetration and looking at the autopsy report it bulged the skin at the exit but didn’t leave an exit wound. My son was hit 3 times by the guy’s .40 fmj and the exit wound was the diameter of a pencil. One hit the pelvis flat and cracked the bone but unless it hits flat the round glances off and passes through. Unless you are shooting through drywall, glass, metal, etc the fmj is not the best option. However once it gets through the barrier it will deform a bit like the hollow point with just the divot. Also shot placement wins gunfights. The guy fired 26 rounds with 4 hits. I fired 7 rounds and got 5 hits but mine were closer to the mark. Whatever you shoot at 20 yards is similar to what you get from 5 yards in a gunfight with rounds coming at you and adrenaline pumping and the clock ticking.
I’m sorry to hear you guys experienced that. Good to hear you both came out the victor. I personally wouldn’t carry homemade hp bullets unless the supply of manufactured ones was zero or I had a bunch more tools to make them consistent. Thanks for the idea and the comment!
@@WhiskeyTheRaptor - I build my own bullets for hunting but I stick with a good quality self defense round designed for that when I carry. Every single little bit of advantage may make the difference. Maybe it won’t matter but better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. The first couple years after the shooting were pretty rough but it pushed me to make some necessary changes that I wouldn’t have done as soon as I did. The result is that I am happier now in life than I ever was. I hate that I had to be put in that situation but I live each day like it could be my last now and my life is better for it.
@@boxelder9167 nowadays you have to take as much precaution and try to give yourself the upper hand. Still have to realize that every new day is a gift.
Thanks for sharing your experiment. Purple Power cleaner and water really brings the worms out if you are cleaning your air conditioner coils and it’s running out on the ground. Not sure if they survive the Purple Power chemical but they practically explode up out of the ground. Also I have seen a call using a piece of rebar and like an old lawnmower blade or something scraped up and down on the rebar that’s stuck in the ground. It does something similar to shaking the shovel. Also I assume that the elbow drop happened off camera this time but it still happened. 😜
I can't understand how flipped you talk about hurting stuff for some sick sense of coolness? You actually sound like you're on your way to serial killer. Because this is exactly how most of them start. Even if you're under 13 it's just wrong.

Have you ever wondered why God made hell?
I believe it says he made it for the fallen angels and for those that aren’t written in the book of life. Something like that, what does that have to do with anything about my video though?
Ground is to dry. If it's wetter then they can come up fast.
Thanks, I'm about to release another video where I do just that
@@WhiskeyTheRaptor awesome can't wait to see it

I like it. I couldn't draw a stick man with that software let alone a dino guy.
With enough perseverance, desire and maybe a little something special about you. You too can draw inaccurate dinosaur heads!
Water mud
We used hose and dish soap on the lawn
The point of the test was to see if that method worked. I know when it rains hard and fast they pop up.
I think you have your steaks way too far apart
That or the conditions of the soil and or there not being any worms near to the surface is my issue. I just recorded footage and got a better outcome, video soon to be out!
I think if you put some water on the ground your electrifying it might help the current pass through easier. But maybe wait for the water to soak through first and rubber boots. Nice elbow, dude!
I just filmed trying that for a video coming soon. Thanks for the complement!?
put a LOT of water in the ground. Drag a hose over there and soak it.
Ive used a garden hose to wet an area. Then i put probes in the ground approximately 6 ft. Apart. Then i go out of range and plug into the wall outlet. Let it go for a few minutes. UNPLUG then go check for worms. If not wet again and repeat. Or try another spot.
@otrdriver5917 I’ve tried something similar, might try that again someday
I think you would to throw on the ground a whole bucket of water before.
I appreciate the comment. I’ve made a new video trying this again after it rained heavily.
Bro just stick the shovel you have with you into the ground and wiggle it back and forth and they wil pop up like crazy
I might try that, although I’ve never heard of that method.
Cant fix stupid.
I can smell that from here.
The latex type smell coming out was horrendous
A DC car battery is too low of voltage! Take an extension cord and cut off the female end. Split the 3 wires ( black.white. green) strip bare 6" of the black wire and wrap around a long screwdriver shaft and tape it tight. Sink the screwdriver all the way in the ground and then plug it in for 60 sec. Unplug it and go grab all the worms quickly. I wear my rubber boots for extra protection.
I’ve tried that and got the same result. Maybe some other time I’ll try it again.
@@WhiskeyTheRaptor if you did exactly what i said and nothing happened the outlet you plugged into was dead or you got no worms in the ground. Everything will come to the surface and start dancing if its done right!
@@rod1499 I had a dvom or voltmeter connected to the spikes and had the correct voltage. I probably didn’t have enough worms in the ground to work right, thanks for the help though.
