I don't see gameplay
Those fight scenes are gameplay footage but it can feel like one big QTE at times. I haven't come across big open area battles against waves of enemies like the first game yet

Cool video! Enjoyed seeing your list. Some small constructive criticism: Maybe try and shorten the long pauses you make between your spoken segments. Also, the background volume is fairly low compared to your voice, which can be a little jarring when you switch between gameplay footage and the spoken segments. Other than that, nice vid!

The artbook explains everything you need to know about the world of scorn. You just need to read through it, or just like watch a video about IDK
Side note you say it's not very well explained but it actually is. It takes place on Earth in a reality where man uses meat and machine as foundation and human as fuel. All though people in this world are grotesque and deformed as you probably seen playing the game
I'll definitely go and do that. I played this game without looking into it at all.
