It should be 54. For 4 stroke. You'll see your rpms go down to where they should be, around 750-850.

You should have put a rubber fender washer between the metal washer and the tank, NYC makes side steps cover (by TRS)so this doesn't happen.

Hey bro bi chance do you know what the original jackshaft sprocket inner size is I want to change the 10 to a 12 an I've got 3 already an they say 5/8s but they won't go on the shaft so I'm thinking it's not a 5/8s shaft but I no its not 3/4

did this and now my choke acts like a throttle. idles fine when closed, runs wide open when i hope the choke. how to i fix this?

Those RFY shocks are on backwards. Everyone puts them on with the cartridge facing out, not in. Also, all these bikes run rich. The reason being is because the stock carburetor has a non-adjustable needle inside of it. So you can either replace the needle or buy a whole different carburetor for it. Anyways I was running a 104 main, and a 34 pilot and it ran but it ran like crap. I took that 104 out and replaced it with a 107 main and it instantly pepped up, so I'm thinking about going to a 36 pilot because it's still running just a little bit rough. I've tried the 110, and the 115 main jets, and they just don't work with this carburetor.

Quick question though, I'm thinking of putting a 36 tooth rear sprocket in and take out the 50 tooth obviously for a way higher top speed, and change the gear ratio from 5.00 to a 3.6. What are your thoughts on that? Curious of your opinion. Thanks

This is basically how I've always done it, I've never broken them in though, just took it apart right out of the box. It's usually a lot easier that way. As long as you don't rev the crap out of it at first.

I put one on my rb200. 196cc. Runs better and my leg doesn’t get hot. Thinking about re jet the carb. Not sure if I can remove the older jet. Hope so what jet do I need. Coleman rb200. 196cc
