He's using C02 instead of N20 which is what is normally used for still cocktails
I would love to make a 1913 Indian Board Racer Using a Indian 111 ci or a Honda GX630 as the heart of the bike with street legal mods so I could take it any ware there would definitely come some challenge's with doing that but I am up to it. I am not the level of expertise that you are but if I have the parts I can think of something.
That bike reminds me of a custom speedboat in someways with that handmade seat on it and all the chrome.

That’s one beautiful board tracker! I’m lucky enough to like and hour and a half away from the motorcycle museum in Anamosa Iowa. They have quite a few there and a lot of hill climbers and they have the races in the same area every year as well. Super cool build Dozer! Congrats!
