Hello. I also have one - overseas its sold as the Kwumsy K3 keyboard - Is your HDMI not working? I had the same problem, so I connected the HDMI cable to a Display Port adapter and it works now :). Hope you have some luck.

My right screen couldn't light up, it shows no signal, going into power saving mode, i have no type c, so i am using (mini hdmi to hdmi) and (usb-A to usb-C) and (usb-C to usb-C connecting to a adapter)

What a hassle... If i had to spend 5 mins setting up USB-C cables every time I wanted to use my laptop, I'd never use it. It should all be a single step max. Also im guessing this makes it impossible to use your laptop on your lap?

@@jonidavis9366 Kindly check the followings: 1. Compatibility: It's possible that your computer may not support dual-screen setups. For instance, some laptops, like the MacBook Air with the M1/M2 chip, do not support this feature. 2. Type-C Port: If the other monitor is not working as well, it's possible that your computer's all Type-C port may not be a full-featured one, which could limit its ability to connect to external displays. 3. You have made a port connection error: For example, you have connected the Type-C data cable to the HDMI port of S2 and the HDMI data cable to the Type-C port of S2. Each port of S2 is labeled with its specific name, please check if you have connected them incorrectly. 4. No power supply: If you are using an HDMI data cable, you need to use a USB-A data cable to power the screen because the HDMI data cable can only transmit data and cannot provide power.
