For future c4 owners, use rhino ramps (car ramps) and back the car onto the ramps, I’m a big boy with a big gut and I’m able to crawl under easily

My 09 GT had been sitting for a few years and I needed to get the old gas out so I tried disconnecting the line to the filter and was gona do the relay trick. The problem was that the buttons were on the top and bottom and I could not push on both at the same time. That's still my plan since I'm not sure how to disconnect the fuel line anywhere else. Any tips? Maybe unbolt the line brackets so I can pull the filter/line down a bit to get to the top button? I'm wearing a damn face shield when I do though.

Was it rear as well ?

I just picked up an 1986 C4. It’s having issues starting as well. It was kept in a barn since 1998 when the previous owner had medical issues. It has 76k miles. I can get it started by jumping starter. It’s going to be a fun ride for my wife. She loves the 80’s!!!

I had a good laugh watching this. I did the Seafoam on my srt8 jeep and after the hot soak I merged onto the road under full throttle in front of a few cars … the smoke cloud was so big and so dense, almost a yellow smoke too. It was probably a 40ft wide cloud and the cars behind me stopped and didn’t pass through lol Good times bro

I have 7 friends who tried the FiTech and Holley Sniper fuel injection systems and none of them ever worked correctly. They all went back to carburetors. Not worth the hassle or $$.

Dude, your learning. You can wander into most bike service areas and ask one of the technicians a specific question. Some will be very helpful. Some will be jerks, but don't get discouraged. Me ...I have a almost religous relationship with 1000J engines and a lot of knowledge was learned by trial and error.
