Come Walkthrough with me as I tour this mall that was built in 1976. Eastridge shopping mall located in Gastonia, North Carolina, and is 19 miles west of uptown Charlotte, North Carolina.
Eastridge has lost the majority of its national retailers. What was once a three-story building packed with storefronts and foot traffic, now has more boarded-up entrances than opened ones.
It has seen better days, it will be interesting to see if they renovate again and revive this mall or if it will be totally abandoned?

With all of the malls that are declining or being abandoned nowadays, I can safely say that Concord Mills is a thriving mall, and it has been since the day it opened 25 years ago.
Yes it is thriving & pretty amazing. So much entertainment!
