So seeing that we will be returning to the Dreadnaught soonish, the place where we crafted the first three exotic swords. And in the echos which have brought back things from the last such as red death and icebreaker, would it not be fitting to have either all three swords return or new swords forged for the darkness damage types? Call them something like frost breaker and thread cutter

I remember playing this.... I personally like to believe this is canon to the lore that we one day will fall. (unless it is canon? idk if limited time seasonal event stuff counts as canon.) in any case... I don't play d2 anymore... i stopped years ago. I no longer have a drive for d2. mostly cause of the company themselves, making so much content free or removing it entirely when I spent so much money on stuff..... honestly it's not worth my time anymore. d1 will always be how I truly view destiny, as d1 was the best form of it. a great game, funny bugs to enjoy here and there and explore, and a great time with friends. d2 lost a lot of that and so much more.

Considering the current season's narrative direction, I hope that Bungie leans heavily into the idea of us, the Guardian, helping Saint to save himself in order to maintain continuity of this event. We already have the sword that we saw here in the video, so why not expand and continue this story within a story?
