This car wash snatched off my bumper cover and grill, which then got stuck under the vehicle behind me who eventually left with it- I noticed right away and told the only employee I could find right away- he was “busy” and couldn’t go look in the tunnel for my missing part for a while. By the time he looked the part was GONE. I can understand the car wash, not taking responsibility for damage to vehicles, but for employee negligence causing my entire part to be missing, I consider that stealing. The car wash will not answer the phone and will not call me back or even offer any kind of solution for this employee’s negligence.
