2:00 When I was in college I went on many research trips down to South America and the Antilles. One summer I was in Dominica for a few weeks and I stepped on a sea urchin trying to get over to a cave entrance that only opened up to the sea. I had no idea I had stepped on it because of the numbing agents in their venom. After my day of research I actually walked 4 miles back to Roseau to catch my cab back to the research station. It wasn't until the next morning that I woke up with excruciating pain in my foot that I noticed the snapped off spines in my feet. I pulled so many of them out of me. One was lodged sideways in my pinky toe and was long enough that it *HAD* to be touching the bone. It was thicker than a pencil lead. After I spent 3 hours pulling the spines out of my feet I got an *INSANE* fever that had me moving delirious the whole day. I basically laid in bed sweating and struggling to tell the difference between when I was actually awake in reality, and the incredibly _hallucinogenic_ dreams I was having when I was sleeping. 5 minutes of insane dreams, 5 minutes of being awake trying to figure out if what I just dreamt was real, repeat. After that experience I am honestly surprised that sea urchin venom hasn't been brought in to recreational drug world because it was *WAY* more intense than any mushrooms I have ever taken! lol
