Why losen the screw before priming the filter? Is the pump not working otherwise or is the screw for bleeding the filter?

The sensor plug will not come loose on mine. I got every else of but the plig will just not unplug and to add to that the flimsy little metal bracket it's mounted on keeps bending. Ftw

do you have to fill the new filter with fresh diesel before refitting so engine starts easier ?

2013 crdi Great video but you can leave the fuel pipes connected Take off all 4 nuts it will separate from the filter holder Cockle it over to the left You can then hold the lift pump with one hand and the filter with the other and un screw.. It may seem tight but keep going even if its millimetres at a time it will go. Good luck

Worked for me on a 2011, nightmare job but light has now cleared!!!! Didn’t need to reset the light, disappeared on its own!!

Hello Russell, I have three warning light on (ESP, SLIP, ABS), nissan qashqai 2008, 15.dci, k9k ESP & SLIP warnign lights are on permentally. ABS light is on when I start my car. ABS warning light is going off after driving (almost directly), but it comes back after 100m driving. if i stop the car after ABS light is off (when its off), it is not coming back (idle state), until driving again. I checked my car with icarsoft tool CR today, then we got C1108 error code (State:None FR LH SENSOR-2). We couldn't read live data with this tool. What is the problem in the car? sensor? or it could be something else? thanks

Hi guys there's other problems that could result to having skid or abs traction light on your Dashboard like bad wheel alignment resulting to skidding and most common is faulty sensor itself which can be difficult to find without diagnostic machine, though usually front tyres for front wheel drive cars.

Hi Julie No fault codes on diagnostic . Drive above 50 mph with acceleration bring a abs and traction skid light on. And brakes applied itself. On live data while driving readings don't look correct on ABS pump solenoids. Sensors have no changes in readings. Thanks Magic

Hello Russell, I had the same problem... I managed to take that pipe of, clean it properlly and fit it back on... Thing is, my Traction control sensor still appears on my dashboard as I drive...after all of this procedures... Have you got any ideea what anything else can be????# thank you mate!!!
