Well, all of my choices made these crash or fucked up the endings.
The only effect I remember well is when Broken Hills supermutants got me a combat shotgun for the work I've done for their town. Not a lot aside from that, since most of consequences of your actions are only seen on the endgame screens. And for whatever reason, Fallout 2 would always corrupt my save files as soon as I'd get close to finishing the darn game. So not once I've seen any post-effect of my help or wrongdoings

I used to kill the brotherhood/ institute/ diamond city after I saved the game for the day. Good memories, can confirm shooting maxson still does nothing to your reputation with the brotherhood

Gg man, if I may, I would like to ask you a question, I only need 2 more for the platinum, upgrading one weapon in ME2 to max level, but I think I missed some upgrades in the missions, so I need to restart? Or can I find them in other ways? (apart buying wich I already did). And the completionist trophy in ME1, it only counts side quest and quest, or even codex, exploration, ecc...? Thanks (forgive my bad English)
I haven't completed ME2 yet, so I can't answer for that. As for the completionist trophy in ME1: just complete as much side quest as you can. Mine popped in Noveria after I did some side quests and I still had Virmire and Ilos unfinished.
