You forgot to mention that during Halloween 2016, they added Zombie paint into one of the special bundles in the shop that could be purchased for real money ;D which I believe was the first ever special paint made for this purpose, if we don't count the shop exclusive paints like Arachnid, Neuron, etc.

I mean this should be "expected" since the open 300 to get 1 exotic is supposed to make it "easier" to get exotics whichs means the base rates are worse than 1in300 and if you do the math, for the hammer DC skin it says the chance is 0.28% and if you deivide 100 by that number you get around 360, meaning you would in theory have to open 360 to get it if there was no 300 limit before a guranteed one.
