I want to say thank you for honestly rating us. I have worked as an actor for 7 years at the haunt and it is a family event that me and my son do together and to know things we can work on and things we are doing right is so helpful. keep coming back and see what we cook up each year with our new themes .

I'm one of the actresses at the haunted sawmill. I definitely like the feedback. My dad is one of the actors in the pallet maze. Heck, he was the one who made the maze itself. He was happy you guys mentioned it. He was Ripsaw the clown!

Depending on the night you went the guy at the front wasn't in a mask because I got called in to work I was going to act and work the door but I couldn't so they had to fill in with whoever they could get

So proud of the Bay Port Band and Music Mayhem. They set this up in record time last weekend and worked every night after school and put a lot of effort into it!

Dan has been my best friend for the last 40 plus years, I can proudly say I was with him in the beginning and my wife and I worked there for the first 5 years and watched it grow from there! He is one of the kindest, humble people you will ever meet and the things he has in his head about Haunted attractions........... You have not seen anything yet, This is just the beginning!!!!!

When you said the girl in the psych ward did you mean down in the basement? Was it by the electric fence?

I will say, i appreciate you appointing me the MVA lol i thank you guys for a no-bullshit approach to your reviews. However, id like to say that I'm definitely not trying to be a knock off Bane lol my character needed a bit of an upgrade this year, so the mask and voice changer were a gamechanger for me to work with and im still working on getting the voice changer in the right mode to be an awesome effect. Thank you guys for an awesome review! 👌

I am an actor in Insanity, we appreciate the feedback and will definitely use it to help the scares in future. I’d like to put in a few responses to what you’ve said. This weekend there was a lot of call ins which isn’t ok but it is the reason for the lack of actors in spots. As an Insanity actor, the squeaky toys are for confusing customers and for adding to the “insane” and craziness of that house. It is also a way of doing something when our voices are getting ruff, it gives a small break on the throats.

Odd question for you guys. Do you ever get mistaken for staff working at the haunt? Most of the time I go by myself and sometimes they let me go through alone. At least once a year an actor will ask me if I’m maintenance or something.

I’m not sure if I’m going to do Burial this year since they dropped the combo tickets with Abandoned. I asked why but no one responded. I try to do haunts every Friday, Saturday and some Sunday in October so this might give me a chance to do some more smaller haunts.

Hello…from the head nurse at the Stressor Manor Asylum. Thanks for the props! I have been working at the Tannery for 3 years, this will be year 4, I hope! My son started with me at the age of 10 and now he is 13, he was a doctor in scrubs in the basement. Those kitchen guys are intense! I love to improv and antisocial people in my room are no fun! I love to interact with our victims, I mean visitors 💉

I was one of the guys in the kitchen. The main guy. We appreciate the review man! It's been my dad's dream to run a commercial haunt. He's always done home haunts, but this was his first big scale haunt! Thank you for the review!

Hah. Such a good list, Justin. I'm from across the Lakes in Western New York. I've gone through haunts all throughout NY, PA, OH and MI thinking like a reviewer every time since 2017. I originally wrote just long long long FB posts but it proceeded to grow to videos and writeups for my own and another website. Last season, i had SUCH a bad experience with reviewing that I swore off formal reviews and free tickets(which I got from some 15 or so attractions) because the obligations that come with free tickets and formal reviews have changed how I see the experiences and have put me on the bad side of too many haunters(1 is too many and I'm banned from at least 3 now). I'm going to pay, have fun, talk to the owners and managers afterward and do a blog rather than explicit web pages. More people should see this video. Good stuff.
