Hi Jen! Its good to see you're using Franklin covey planner. I love that system. And im trying to learn to journal as well. Theres not many channels using this system, so i decided to start a channel called Happy. Because i love the FC system!!

Have you thought about using a compact planner? It would be easier to take everywhere with you and perhaps use it more. Anyway I do understand the issues of sharing on TH-cam versus maintaining a private life!

I use the 5 choices weekly Franklin Covey inserts. I've been using it for habit tracking, calendar and my to-do list. I've been referring to my master task and values and goals weekly and it certainly helps keep me on track. I keep the planner open in my crafting room. I've been using it for tracking my steps and calories and my budget tracker. I've been moving everything into there so I'm referring to it constantly. I've used the progressive task list to track my weekly tasks and then move what I've completed over to the monthly task list. I've been able to refer to that for past events. A great historical resource. I hope you have a wonderful planning year!

Great video! I'm also hoping to listen to the Bible in a Year and the Catechism in a Year podcasts. (I haven't started yet though...) I'm looking forward to seeing how you're using the Franklin Planner in 2023. I use a Franklin Planner in Classic Blooms, and I'm always looking for creative ways to use it. Happy New Year!

That’s a gorgeous binder. Good to hear filming has helped you with consistency in planning. I’m so sorry your sister is having so many problems - hopefully she’s getting the care she needs now. Hip recovery takes a good long time. Hate to say that when you’re caring for the dogs on your own. Take care of yourself.

Glad you enjoyed your retreat & oh no another problem with your sister’s health! I sure hope she gets treatment that will help her. Are you going to continue with Franklin Covey next year? I’m using a compact and think I need something bigger.

Glad to hear your sister is sounding better and can come home in a reasonable period of time. What a challenge for her- she's in my prayers. And I do recognize how hard it is to plan for anything when you're caregiving - during the last 6 months of my husband's life I basically got addicted to short You Tube videos because I couldn't let my mind wander longer than that - couldn't read, couldn't do art - it's just so rough. I pray every night for all those caregivers out there in the world going through immense stress.

Gosh I hope your sister can finally come home and make a good recovery. It must be a concern. Thank heavens for planning and crafting; they’re both good ways to get your mind focused on something positive.

I really enjoyed this plan with me - I like functional planning (am old enough to find it odd there’s any other kind!). And I watch Marcia too. Just subscribed & looking forward to more!
