yoo man if i were u i would never engage mobs one on one at the early game build up or use a bow so they wont hit u and in later stages get a bow with infinty multyshot and power to spam arrows on all the mobs this also works in close range

fyi your life will become significantly easier once you have at least protection 2 or 3 on your head and chest. any armor without enchants is paper in this modpack. anyways super entertaining episode!

You can press F7 to check light levels, 7 or below will spawn mobs. The snow falling is a mod called Snow real magic. Also craft a canteen and charcoal filters to drink purified water. Rip miracle sheep.

You not lighting up the room for like a whole 5 minutes gave me anxiety. Doing that in Rlcraft is crazy.

Lesson number 1. Stop going in a boat get a flying mount first. Also those "dragons" you see in the jungle you need their feathers for the avian saddle so go kill em u also need troll teeth and leather so find a mountain biome and go in the caves there. Also stop being your valuables. If you want to explore go with NOTHING except food and water. Eases the pain of anger and loss.

I do agree you don't have much use for xp farms (but they are practical for getting those 2 levels you are missing to level up etc), and I actually never thought about one w lava - I normally use a Cinder one (netherrack on fire), and Ooze, Acid and Poison ones.

1x lava source block will spawn afrits. 3x3 will spawn salamanders, the lava fish, and lobbers. But they have to be source blocks

Hey loving the series, a piece of advice just incase you didn't already know but you should consider raising and farming mobs like Maka and arisaurs over vanila animals, since when you cook the meat it gives you buffs like absorption, resistance, haste and etc btw spear and shield is better than pike and shield for reach since Pike is 2 handed and will give mining fatigue if you use it with something in your off hand 👍🏾

Try making a carpentry bench to be able to craft crates, same recipe as a normal chest but on a 4x4 grid, crates have same storage space as a double chest but take half the space.

Those big flying birds in the Jungle are called Amphithere. They can be tamed and be used as flying mounts. You should craft a bestiary from 3 manuscripts and then add more pages to it through a lectern, it gives info about all the ice and fire mobs.
