From the sorcery run ng I started last October (2023) and still haven't finished (I picked the run back up in May this year). After the Lord Soul bosses it was time to head into DLC. Artorias took more than one try again, but proved to be not much of a problem in the end. And this time I didn't even have the shield out, which someone pointed out to me on the NG Artorias video.

On my first playthrough, I did a whole bunch of bosses with the Mimic Tear summon, and on this one, the spellblade build I started in preparation for the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, I decided to solo more of them. Learn them, so to say. I'm not sure if very much learning took place here, though, or if I beat the Fire Giant more by simply overpowering him with devastating attacks which helped me ...

My first playthrough of Elden Ring (that I finished). At the end of the Mountaintops of the Giants stood the last Fire Giant. I summoned my buddies Alexander and the Mimic Tear and rushed unto the breach. Something happened in the second phase, however, and Alexander got stuck at the bottom of the hill. Luckily, the Mimic Tear and I managed to defeat the hulking foe just the two us.

Another one that took me more than one try, probably due to skeleton rng, since I opted to not kill them separately with a holy weapon.

From the sorcery run ng I started last October (2023) and still haven't finished (this fight was in November 23). The difficulty with this boss lies in the RNG. Does it hang back in the lava and spam that long arm slam or does it come to you and let itself get pummeled. Having ranged attacks does help but not if you can't aim.
