The more likely node i grabbed means I dropped 12 lava beacons I think in comparison to the rest I dropped. I'm honestly not sure if I like the node but the beacon chest is PER Magic monster it adds that chance.

@@imarealrat Suppose that's what happens with videos as everyone wants to try it haha. I have been struggling to find myself a worthwhile & fun farm strat. I usually go full nightmare and then put some in compasses but this season, besides dream I have 0 clue. The blacksail compass mechanic is neat to add. I'm still fairly new & learning things on the go so these videos are really helpful! :)

@@robin1761 A tip i can give you is if possible watch the videos as soon as they drop (within a couple hours), if you can't do that then just wait 1-2 days, most people are just looking for new stuff to do so they do it for a few days then move on and the prices go back to normal

@bubumic2971 i think this game is the least work feeling game I've played in a long time. It's what you make out of it, a gacha game if u want, map blaster, competitive game pushing for first ss20, or just chill gameplay

As long as you're doing them at 7-2 you won't actively lose money running the bosses yourself, personally I just enjoy doing 1 farm and focusing my time with either but it's personal preference.

Yeah I agree with this, it's not for everyone, personally I love how I barely had to pay attention when doing this farm so I could watch some videos while playing.

I highly valued the cards giving quant, however I am going to be testing this strategy completely ignoring cards and just going for the fastest map to see how it goes.

To add to that I'm currently working on another boss rush esque strategy in T8 that is getting ~350 FE/hr but I'm trying to get it higher before I release a video on it tonight.

@imarealrat if it weren't for losing xp when you die, I'd be cool with that. At 95 currently. Making it to 100 is one thing. How to get to 99 though? Yes I have xp pets set

@ Honestly I've never gotten a character that high, I normally have just gotten characters to ~97. I tend to reroll before I invest enough time into a character to get it much higher.

Yeah, I guess both sides of the boss rushing strategy make bank. The only difference is that one requires 400 fe investment and the other requires 1 beacon and a dream to make consistent profits haha.

They have a lower drop chance, I wanted something that dropped fairly consistently for profit. Also just felt like running this boss

I definitely understand where you're coming from, most people who watch my videos do just want the strategy and to see what drops but yes an actual guide on the mechanic would be useful to new players. I'll see if anyone is currently working on a nightmare guide at Herowik and if not then I'll make a guide on the mechanic. The one issue with losing maxroll is one of the few things they did right were their mechanic guides that went over how they worked for beginners, now we need to start from scratch again at Herowik so it may take a while.

I've always liked the idea of zero to hero series, It's just really hard to structure, I recorded 3 episodes of nothing to a mirror on poe using limited tabs and it came out such a mess that I never uploaded it or continued the series.

At the time of recording it was cheaper to buy them off the trade house, at this point you're better off just turning the resonance you drop into the beacons for 100% sustain.

@@imarealrat Thank you!! Will have to start doing that. This game has been such a blast getting to try I needed something to scratch my poe itch lol. I just recently reached the tier 8 stuff and hit a bit of a wall. I can clear them but slowly so hoping farming currency will help me afford better things. Appreciate this guide so much!

@@ELBoomerTV You can talk to the trader at the bottom of the staircase leading to where you run maps. On the left side of the GUI select where you'd buy beacons.

I agree, I'm working on establishing written currency guides for Herowik. They do take a fair bit longer to work on than videos do though, so I guess my question to you is, would you prefer a video every other day with a written guide for it if possible or the daily uploads with a written guide every couple days on strategies I run that feel like they should be highlighted?

At recording 300m, now it's 500

I did do testing before this video and the league mechanic felt pretty bad to do with this strategy, it resulted in way less maps per hour which means less nightmares popping and completing less blacksails.

@ 100% understand that, just saying that my experience have been really decent with the league mechanic. Literally yesterday with a 5 chests i manage to drop close to 80fe, was it a really run? Yes 100% but it can be really good.

I don't think it's too great but I'll give it a shot sometime.

Totally agree. They always put out builds that do T3 damage and not the process.

I'm personally not really a build content creator, I'm not good with builds, but im trying to learn. Maybe in a season or two I will create build content.
