Nahh thats just the estimated time the computer generates for the route. Theres no way we can be that precise, it just helps us gauge or route fr, and the estimated mileage is just miscellaneous fr.

@@King_MTO Yeah we use Dayforce. It’s not calibrated correctly tho when it comes to showing upcoming shifts tho. Besides that, everything else works on it.

Damnnn I’m in enterprise in NC and it’s super chill ! They even make sure we take our time on trips. But no one wants to be chase drivers lol they do the most driving😂

@ I’m a full time chase driver in Chicago. I honestly love doing it. I dig not having to switch cars every so often. I’ve settled right into my Chrysler Pacifica. That thing is a BEAST.

It’s no different from a regular driver, which is unfortunate. I enjoy being a shuttle driver but the pay is the same & that sucks.

@@zachfenn787 I am part-time so I work normally 3 days a week and occasionally if they are busy or not they would offer a 4th day which is optional. I start at 7:30am and end around 3pm anything after 4pm is OT. Theres times Ive gotten off at 11am or 1pm so it really depends sometimes.

The labour to pay ratio I feel is balanced out, and the job does help me out financially to a degree, also I am part-time and I feel it also depends on your area.

@@Mrceothepilot thats crazy, I ran into someone who used to work the job and they told me they actually miss it fr, only thing is the pay fr thats why Im starting to transition into other things, I feel like I'm growing out of the job but fun & easy job needless to say.

Its about $17/hr out here in LA, the pay to labor ratio is pretty balanced in my opinion

I wanted to apply but they only pay $14 in my area

@@locoooo8338 Oh that's interesting, Adhoc means we are on a route directly created by our dispatchers. Manifest means that we are on a computer generated route created by a software called paragon. On Adhoc we are usually put on teams consisting of 1 shuttle driver and however many drivers, and on manifest you are having multiple shuttle drivers from different hubs (or your hub) picking you up/ dropping you off, or if you are shuttling you are picking drivers from different neighboring hubs or your hub (For the new people) Thats how the operations work in SoCal💪🏿

Yeah you will get paid and you should expect to undergo training for the next couple of days which will consist of meeting your trainer and they will tour you around and show you the fundamentals and basics of the job, very easy job 👍🏿
