At a long enough range your Ryodansatsu will jail into the fireball. (The only "setup" for that range I could find was if the opponent backrises after you V-Reversal or V-Shift Break). The heavy version leaves you pretty much point-blank and +11 on block. Naturally you'll get blown up if the opponent neutral jumps, but depending on the opponent you could bait it with a whiffed L.Ryodansatsu.
Alot of these are possible in 5 but this video was great

How do you do the second one? Where you did M Vanity Step, cHK but only once and you cancel it into Parabellum. I want to learn that but I always get two cHK instead and I can't cancel into Parabellum
You have to cancel the first hit of cr.hk into LP Parabellum. The first hit is only cancellable on hit and has juggle properties. Hope you got it to work!

0:44 how? I been trying so hard and can't make it happen.. I delay the MK but still can't... it's so frustrating
After the HK command dash, press LP then wait about half a second before pressing MK. You can actually press MK so late that it whiffs because they fall too far. Just practice your patience and hit it later and later until you get that sweet spot timing :)
Thanks... I already figured it out that much was hoping for some actual "trick" like hitting other button for get better timing or something like that, I been practicing a lot and no luck it comes out randomly I can't get it to work 99% but well I guess I just gotta get good at it :|
The guy is wrong, it's not about how late you leave the the mk, it's about how late you do the initial lp
