Thanks for your comment! 😊 DV lottery එකේ requirement එක තියෙන්නෙ "at least a high school education or its equivalent" කියල. සාමාන්‍යයෙන් පිලිගත් bachelor degree එකක් complete කරා කියන්නෙ මේ high school education එකට වඩා ඉහලයි. අපි ඒ විදිහට සළකල තමයි එහෙම කිව්වෙ. මේක US government website එකේ නන් දාල නෑ හැබැයි. ඔයා හරියටම දන්නවද degree එකක් විතරක් තිබ්බට පිලිගන්නෙ නෑ කියල?

අයියෙ මටත් දැනගන්න ලැබුනෙ අඛණ්ඩව අවුරුදු 12 ක අධ්‍යාපනය ලබාගත් කියල තමයි...

Yes that must be corrected. It's clearly mentioned in the application. "you must have a minimum of a high school diploma reflecting the completion of full course study (vocational schools or equivalency degrees are not acceptable) or be a skilled worker.... " This should definitely be corrected because they will ask for the sealed documents released from the department of examination. And if you research further more you could find people who got refused during this occasion. Applying with neither of the requirements is a clear disqualification. Either you have to complete A.Ls or do not apply if you haven't. Cuz if you won, that could be someone else's chance that qualifies!.

@monac126 Thanks for the input. Do you know someone who got rejected exactly due to this reason? We’ve requested more clarifications on the matter from the US embassy of Sri Lanka and DV lottery board. Haven’t heard back yet.

@@HelloGuysLK There was an old sri lankan TH-cam video but i couldn't find it to date. The guy who made that video is a winner and successfully made it through. But he said that the person before him faced and refused because of being unable to prove completion of A.Ls during the interview. It's a must. Even it's clearly mentioned in the application you all can see that.
