Very good, highly recommend.
How is the Bose?
nice long final!
Also, what kind of wood are those logs, and what whould you say the average weight was between those four picks? It looks like that double pick is around 2000lbs without the grapple weight!
Those logs were poplar so they weren’t as heavy as they look. If they were oak, no way the s175 would have moved them. That machine lifted about 1700-1800lbs over its head.
Im assuming that includes grapple weight? 1700-1800 total gross weight. Grapple and product? Also, thankyou for answering my questions! 👍 You've been a big help already!
I’m pretty sure the machine was spec’d to only lift around 1700… a bobcat t190 was spec’d to lift 1900lbs so the 175 will be below that. I’m not sure if they take the weight of the bucket/attachment or not.
This may sound stupid, but I am new to Skid Steers and just bought a S175. It's on its way up to Alaska now. To do exactly what your doing in the video. Load Logs. My question is. How do you operate the addition grapple hydraulics with standard foot and hand controls? My machine has the bucket foot controls. It is not joystick.
The S175 was a good machine. The aux hydraulics that controlled the grapple were on the forward and reverse handles (you used your right thumb) and you had to activate the aux hydraulics from the panel. Should be a switch or something.
What make of grapple is that?
That was a cheap grapple that we bought from someone in North Carolina. Now we use Loflin grapples and they are very strong and work very well.
I need to rebuilt my pump too
help me out please

Sweet bike man. Love your stand👍
That S175 was a strong machine
I just bought a 751 with this Peugeot engine that's locked up... so is it hard to rebuild?
Roger Evans not really hard but parts are extremely expensive. We went to eBay uk to buy our parts. We got a machined head for $220. They wanted $1,800 here in the states. That Peugeot motor is very popular still in Europe. They know that motor very well too.
@@n9878f so just go to Ebay UK an they will ship to the US? I gave 1500 for a very very nice 751 just a engine locked so so dam tight. I think it has a rod bearing stuck or the time jumped an messed cam up. .. I got it so cheap it's worth to fix right?
Roger Evans you’ve got to look and find the right vender. I called a shop there that I found on eBay uk and they walked me through the whole process. I did this several years ago. Get all of your numbers together off the motor or through a bobcat dealer. It’s sold in Europe as a car motor. Their not going to know it’s in a bobcat. The numbers on the motor are key. Tell them what numbers you have and they’ll set you up. I wouldn’t just go buying parts without talking to a vender. I can’t remember who I bought from but they were located in stroke on Trent England
We are going to this year I think. Do you ride in them?
Have you checked out vchss it's a local harescrable series.

cool vid!
I was joking with the mechanic about it leaking oil out at the end of the video... He didn't fall for it.
The part played on the ride is 2 quarter note triplets over the 4 beats of the bar. (123 123). This patern feels a bit weird to play as it kind of goes against the straight feel that the 8th note shuffle has, probably because it's 6 notes over 4 which is a polyrhythm, same as the 8th note part which is 12 over 4. He accents the 4 notes of the bar with his foot on the hats, and the ghosts on the snare remain the same but with slight variations.
This type of shuffle is 4, 8th note triplets over the 4 beats of the bar(123 223 323 423 is an easy way to count it) The triplets are played on the hats (1st & 3rd of each triplet) and ghost snare(2nd note of each). There is slight variation to what he plays, but for the most part the triplets in Bonhams shuffle are as follows - 1_3 223 3_3 423. 3rd note of the first triplet is open hats the ghost are the 2nd note of 2nd triplet and 2nd note of 4th triplet. 2 GHOSTS!!!
to learn how to do this beat gradually from a pro teacher, as well as roseanna and purdy google jason horsler and visit his tripod webpage. go to the drumming section, drum lessons with videos and scroll down to SHUFFLE PRIMER.
I understood, from reading the sheet music, that it was a shuffle rhythm (high hat) with a ghost note triplet in between shuffles. RLR RLR RLR triplet similar to "Rosanna". I'll tell you the hardest part about playing that song is when he goes to the ride bell and plays 8th note triplets with his right hand while playing the same kick and snare.
Nice!
Nice! I love playing that shuffle! :)
Yeah, I'm not sure why that happened. I need to fix it.
