You can easily make it mobile responsive as well, you just need to make a different timeline for Mobile devices in order to achieve the exact result, I did that in my recent video, you can check that out for better understanding.

Yes, Motionpage is way more advanced as compared to default elementor motion effects, it is based on the Greensock animation platform (GSAP), which is a JS library for advance animations, and GSAP animations are lightweight as compared to other animations.
