Can't i get student apartment,, coz i don't have money for outside accomodations ...will i be able to get student apartment?

Is it easy to pay the remaining 50 percent of my tuition fees (second semester) ,, I'm planning to pay 50 percent of my tution fees from Nigeria,,so that i will be able to save up for second semester fee and accomodations and feeding? .....can that work out ?
