@gerardonolberto2694 If I remember correctly, I went from about 85% down to just below 30% (rough estimates). I was riding at varying speeds up to 46mph and was out on it for about two hours including the time during a few stops and averaged around 12.9mph

@slickrick9221 The Nami is definitely built well. I hadn't seen the Inmotion RS until just now in a video. It's heavier than the Nami, but I noticed the blinkers on the front are much better/more visible. The screen on the RS looked good in the video I saw. I didn't like how the RS's steering attached at the bottom. That looked like it could potentially be an issue, but I only saw that for a few seconds in a video. When riding at high speeds, the deck being wide will help and it will help with comfort on rides with you being able to reposition your feet when you want to. The handle bar stem seems to lean back a lot, so I'm not sure if that would be a problem in limiting how much of the deck you can utilize without having to lean back yourself. Just a few initial thoughts on the RS.

what did you end up with? I was in the same boat. Went with the Nami burn e 3 max

I would say it's ok, but not necessarily great. I added two lights to the front of the deck and two lights to the back. They were cheap rechargeable lights from Amazon. It makes the Nami much more noticeable at night.

If you want to use batteries with an XT90 plug, you would need an adapter to change it from XT90 to a traxxas connector.

People seem to like both. I haven't used a granite before so I can't speak to that, but I really like my slash. I also like Traxxas batteries which was an additional reason I mainly use Traxxas RCs. Honestly, given how many people like each of them, I'm not sure you would go wrong with either. The Slash is a short course car and the granite seems to be good at stunts/jumping over things, etc., but as I mentioned before, I have never used a granite. Sorry, wish I could be more help.

@@ElectricPastime yeah definitely! We did that with our MAXX and had to clean out all the differentials after! Got covered in sand haha

You're right, there isn't a smooth transition from the ground to the ramp. Several problems were involving that day, but mostly that my tires had been blown and I hadn't yet replaced them before making the video. Also, I was trying to get slow motion video of the truck in the air and was paying attention to that and not trying to stick the landing LOL.

The VXL is faster. I believe the non vxl slash is 30+.

They are great tires. I like the compound used in them.

Maybe you could tighten the tensioner a turn or two and see if that helps prevent some of the slipping. I haven't had any issues yet with using them in mud. We don't get snow where I live, but we have a lot of sand and mud. The mud hasn't gotten caked on too bad yet.

I don't remember for certain, but I believe that was recorded with the DJI Osmo Action. I stopped using gopro cameras since they break so easily.

@@ElectricPastime Oooh gotcha, did you have to do much color correcting? I hate the go pros color and flat profiles I can't seem to correct the videos.

@RC Recon I didn't do any color grading for that video. The osmo action does well in bright light, but doesn't do well in evening/low light. It gets grainy at that point like the go pros. It's been a while since I used a go pro, but from what I can remember, mine had the same problem. Somewhat flat color profile.

It doesn’t come with a battery. The battery that you buy separately will need to be charged when you get it.

Sand might eventually get into the bearings, but so far I haven’t had any issues. They are still holding up well.

@@ElectricPastime apparently they come with bushings so the grit and water isn’t much of a problem as long as you clean an hit them with wd40 afterwards for anyone wondering 😁

So far I haven't broken any of the shocks, but I have stripped gears :-) I've put mine through a lot and haven't broken anything yet. It's definitely well built.

Thanks! It is near Saucier, MS. You're right, not many rocks to crawl, but plenty of trails. These tires, in my opinion, are great for trails/mud. Just remember to seal then before running them through mud or you will get water in them.

@@ElectricPastime awesome man, I'm in Hattiesburg! I always seal em because I mainly run my rig on mtb trails by the river so there is always some water and mud around. Lol

There are multiple color schemes for the bodies. You can also buy bodies for it and paint them whatever color you choose. Check Traxxas' website to see the various color schemes for the the default bodies.

@@parra0698 A 3S battery would work well to get the most speed out of it. The higher the mAh the longer the runtime. I use the Traxxas 3S 5000 mAh battery in mine.

The price might fluctuate, so you would have to check the price at whatever online or physical store from which you would be buying it.

The RC in the video is the 1/10 scale Traxxas Slash 4x4 VXL

@@nath7242 I'm not aware of any Pro version of of the Slash 4x4 VXL made by Traxxes, so I'm not sure what you are asking.
