Awesome instructions!

I’ve watched dozens of videos to try to find the answer to one very simple question; How do you cut quarter inch sized french fries? Can you adjust the thickness of the french fry you are slicing from the potato on this mandolin to make it 1/4 inch thick? How can I get the answer to this simple question anybody know?

Why didn’t you show what the knobs on the back were set to ? Your video didn’t show how to set it up

That cuts fries faster than it takes to wash the potatoes

Very neat, can I ask I’ve never been advised to pop the potato fries into ice water? Can I ask what advantage does this have? Thank you
