Thanks for this
Thanks for watching! Check out more new in 14 videos here: wolfr.am/1kVbG0mS0
I am right if i say, because their's certain things needed to do to be able to call functions from dynamic libraries, that FFI is an API, that programming languages use(wrapping their own syntax around it), in order to allow them to call functions from external libraries ?
slide 5, line 3: n and d are reversed
Cool
❤
Awesome. Would you guys ever consider making feyncalc a part of the main software?
Fixes for AppellF1 are great
I like the short-form "summary" format of this! I watched a bunch of the longer video too, but it's nice to have both. Keep up the great work! The PlotHighlighting is an awesome quality-of-life improvement!
Thanks for the feedback! Check out the new summaries on Calculus, Algebra and Chemistry here: wolfr.am/1kVbG0mS0
good
Thanks for watching!
I have no idea how I got here but it is really cool.

Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
Is the notebook for this (and the second one) available anywhere?
TY for this overview on wavelets in Mathematica. Is there any way to extract scales/frequency data from DWT? Unfortunately, DWT has no such property like "Scales". Meanwhile CWT has this property...
Every time I listen to a talk about differential equations in Mathematica, I become more and more impressed with the capability. I would love to see how many thousands of hours of work have gone into DSolve and NDSolve.
great video. Nice that it is on TH-cam and that the notebook can be downloaded. 🖖
Glad you enjoyed the video! Check out similar videos here: wolfr.am/1g6HHgTX9
Thank you!
Thanks for watching! Meet some of our other creators here: wolfr.am/1hVl53sxy
Very informative talk! I would like to hear more about multidimensional numerical integration (integrating over regions specified by inequalities in say 6-dimensional space).
Great suggestion, keep them coming! We will continue adding more mini-series!
Good stuff! As for improvements. Please think of a way to implement zooming and panning with the mouse. It’s one of the reasons as an engineer I prefer plotting in the “other guy’s” application. Also support for visualization using the Wolfram Language when running scripts outside Mathematica.
would you like the code for that?
Hi, why is part 1 of the Wavelet video blocked? This is a very valuable refresher on wavelets for me. Thanks.
Sorry about that! The video should be available now, check it out here: th-cam.com/video/-UJmKqfxZXQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=KviZl-zVZ5mGB7hT
Thank you for this beautiful package and such a clear presentation!
Glad it was helpful! Check out the other packages here: wolfr.am/1hVl53sxy
When is the compiler tutorial going to be released?
Wow
FromRawPointer[array, offset] array[offset] or *(array+offset) i try to pass pointer as input instead of array but FromRawPointer[] has no definition for rawPointer::[type]
Still have a problem to using struct between Mathematica and shared library
Check out this video: th-cam.com/video/z7H2xYhKNz8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=pfKSQAyTON6idNJy This video discusses that topic, let us know if you have any more questions!
Absolutely brilliant exposition and functionality … a major research tool and capability for applied mathematicians and Computational X explorations !!! Cheers ... Syd

Can I specify a level for OpenMP`ParallelMap? A specific use case is to aggregate the last level of a tensor.
Thanks for the talk. Watching the solver in real time with Dynamic and StepMonitor is really clever. I've been playing with that a lot.
Great to hear! Watch out for the upcoming series on Efficient Programming with even more tips and tricks. Any other topics you would like to see videos on?
Great talk. Never heard of these hybrid methods but they make perfect sense.
Glad it was helpful! Look out for more mini-series coming soon, are there any topics you would like to see?
🤗Is it convenient to provide the notebook files corresponding to this series of videos? I want to practice it on my machine
Really cool notebook theme. Also, neat summary of the techniques applied. Thanks.
Thanks for watching!
Regarding the content at 33:20: The holding construct I like using is Hold[ ] instead of Dynamic[ ]. I think it makes the code easier to understand.
Thank you so much for these presentations! ^.^
Glad you are enjoying them! We will be having another episode next Friday!
Love the Intro! ^.^
Great! Look out for the next episode this Friday! 😄
Great presentation!! Where can I find the notebook?
Thank you! You can find the presentation notebook here: wolfr.am/1g6HoyYLi

Excellent presentation and utility … Thanks Syd
Thank you Syd!
Where I can find notebook?
Great Job! ^.^
Thanks! 😄
Because of your introduction, I have ideas for electric power line modeling for heat and capacity. Thank you.
Awesome! Here are some libraries on electric power modeling that you may find useful: github.com/OpenIPSL/OpenIPSL github.com/PowerGrids/PowerGrids
My question is What is setting to chose a specific compiler to run ffi
The Foreign Function Interface directly calls (already) compiled C dynamic libraries. No compiler is needed to run FFI.
great -- thanks
Glad you enjoyed the video!
I really admire the system you've developed over there. Good luck! Keep bringing us good results.
Thanks, will do!
Awesome work!!! Blown away.
Wow, thanks!
Awesoke work, glad to see these interface upgrades. Is there a way to view the prompts that create personas or create your own personas for specific coding tasks like integration with / generation of C libraries?
To ensure that you get the latest toolbar update in Version 13.2 of Mathematica, you may have to run the following code: PacletInstall["NotebookToolbar", UpdatePacletSites -> True]
Id did it, but still not working, here is the message : \[WarningSign] An unexpected error occurred. Failure[\[WarningSign] Message: Rate limit reached for requests. Please try again later. Tag: Chatbook::RateLimitReached ] Seems that I must pay something or install an API (according to some chats I've seen)?
I don't have the new button even if I restart the front end, so that I can not use the new functionnality of this video .... (and of course I do have the 13.2 version)
Check out our pinned comment! Thanks for watching the video 🤩
@@WolframRD Thanks, better, I do have the chat icon, but when I ask a question it says "\You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details". I dont want to pay, and I still have 500 credits ! So what is that ?
does this work for R?
Fantastic! I don't know which makes me happier: the fact that Wolfram Research has an elegant integration into LLMs available now or the fact that Theo Gray is *back* at Wolfram and is a principal on this project. I fondly hope that Wolfram Research is in talks with Apple to get a competent LLM running on Apple Silicon -- running with the M1/M2 GPUs, the M1/M2 Neural Engine, or (*gasp*) running on both of them. Those computation engines are great for professionals who are doing high-end image processing and video computation, but they're sitting around doing very little for the Mathematica/Wolfram Desktop crowd. It would be great for Wolfram to have the code running locally; it would also be faithful to the values of Apple to run an AI that would run entire locally -- and couldn't leak information out onto the cloud. Apple and Wolfram Research have drifted apart a bit in the last 10 years; it would be great for them to get together to provide the best #!$$ platform for running the Wolfram Language. Maybe it's too late, but it would be way cool to get a locally-running LLM for this into Wolfram Language Version 14.
Nice.
Thanks!
