I’ve been loving this author and I’m looking forward to the next book too but I am disgusted and turned off by the uncaring disregard for the pet cat and pet dog in this story. Animals aren’t just books or toys you can stash on a shelf and forget about - I am guessing this author has never had a proper relationship with an animal.

Jenna is ... Well, imho, very immature. She even admitted it'd been a long time since she was grateful for anything. Geesh! There is plenty for her to be grateful for every day! Unfortunately, I know someone like her.

I usually enjoy your stories, they are wonderful, but I was so frustrated with this Nicole, that I could'n finish the book. She is so annoying! Her inferiority complex and trust issues and disrespect for the others just could'nt make up for her qualities. I really got to the point I hated her and was disgusted with her attitude. She doesn't deserve any man.

I’ an hour and a half into part one. May have to stop listening due to frequency and decibal level of continual commercial interruptions. Like author from prior series and narrator is okay, but platform is driving me nuts.

Not worth listening to IMO. A 40 yr old retired Bull Rider confronting Parent issues from prior to 18yo and taking it out on others who help him when he breaks his legs. Worst male character written by far.

I don't understand the author. How could she refuse to go back after getting engaged feeling an allegiance to a 2 week job? How is it right to leave a child she loves for 6 months and worst of all to not tell your future husband your refusing to move back to his entire family and forcing the child to move until during or after your wedding? I've lost all respect for the lead character.

There is no way anyone should allow an ex-husband to enter your house without having the cops remove him immediately. Especially endangering a child he abandoned years before. For a boyfriend to allow this, knowing that man could break 8n anytime, is not a man anyone should respect. I hate writing that could endanger any impressionable people. To send the cop away is unfathomable!

Listened to the series, and this is my favorite one!

It's 1 thing to expect a husband to cut back his hours but to tell him to stop being a Doctor and live his life all for her is beyond selfish.
