Now let’s see you bulk like an open bodybuilder with all clean foods ridiculous amount of calories getting ridiculously heavy and still staying lean then maybe you will understand how it’s hard to bulk when done correctly. You’re eating calorically dense food and high fat of course it’s going to be easy to get 1500 calories in a meal. If you did that for 5 meals you would be well over 250 grams of fats
