Hadith 735
Narrated by Abdullah ibn Umar (RA):
"The Prophet (PBUH) used to raise both his hands up to the level of his shoulders when starting the prayer and on saying the Takbir for bowing, and on raising his head from Ruku, and he did not do that (i.e., raising his hands) in between the two prostrations."

Hadith 739 Narrated by Salim bin Abdullah:
"I saw that whenever Allah's Messenger (PBUH) started the prayer, he used to raise his hands up to the shoulders, and before bowing and on raising his head from Ruku he did the same and said, 'Sami' Allahu liman hamidah'."

Narrated by Abu Qilaba from Malik bin al-Huwairith (RA):
"The Prophet (PBUH) raised his hands until they were parallel to his ears when he said the opening Takbir (Allahu Akbar) and when he bowed and when he rose from bowing."

Summary of Raf'ul Yadain:
These hadiths provide strong evidence that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) practiced Raf'ul Yadain at the following moments in Salah:
At the beginning of Salah, during Takbir (Allahu Akbar).
Before going into Ruku (bowing).
After rising from Ruku.
These narrations are found in multiple authentic hadith collections, showing the widespread acceptance and practice of Raf'ul Yadain in early Islamic traditions. Different schools of thought may have varying views on the necessity of Raf'ul Yadain, but the above references clearly establish its basis in the Sunnah.
