Someone give this man a fucken raise
Even though I'll never need a snowmobile in South Florida, this video is jam packed with valuable info for all sorts of applications. Thank you for making it.
Relatable
great video, any update on a carb tuning video? Id love to learn more!
Got the the email that sent sent you the last week and it looks good we we have have to send a check in for
NICE Video👍
Very nice! Exactly what we talked about over the phone and will be doing on my kid's sled!
My prob is 40 chain on centrifugal clutch is 420.. and since 420clutch sprocket is to small, 40chain masterlink slightly smacks the guide on the clutch.
i'm running a 2008 A/C with 200 motor and adjustable main, i live 2000ft and temp is usually 0 C- 5+ C having problem keeping it running and getting it going off the line
Very well done. Thanks
Too bad you print was too small or video zoomed out to far
Sorry about that. Here is a link, if you scroll to the bottom there is the chart and a gear chart. recmotor.com/120-snowmobiles/buyers-guide/
Wonderful video for my new "mini-monster" !! One good question though..if I take the secondary apart....what is the preload on the spring when I put it back together? This has me apprehensive about taking it apart. Although my sheaves need to be polished horribly. My 30 yr. old abused it last season. Now this year I'll be able to ride it (its intended purpose) for the first time this year. I need to work on both clutches. My factory primary has graphite spray on it already. Oh,....YEAH how hot- warm do I use to burnish in the graphite as you suggest ?? on the clips & roller pins >?? Like to see the carb video...
Where is the carburetor video?
Carburetor video ?
Very good info
Wicked good video!
PLEASE HELP ASAP i have a lawn mower i am converting to chain drive and i have a drive cprocket on the clutch as a 420 sprocket and the transaxle sprocket is a #40 sprocket is there any way i can tie those two together without a jackshaft? please anyone help i need it for snow plowing this winter
Hi, if you could call the shop at 319-462-6932 or email recmotorshop@netins.net we would be better able to help you.
It is good to be reminded thank-you
My poop is coming
Instructions bad. Hand caught in fan.

Thanks
It's a new idea, but if the point is to conserve weight wouldn't it be more efficient to create spokes of a type? This design seems less reliable, considering a broken tooth scenario, now there is not another tooth to at least catch the chain, the chain will immediately lose its position and fall off. Could this be hazardous to the operator?
Finally the information I was looking for! Thanks
