good old days when NATO was a real and effective alliance, every member had huge and modern armies, and no conflict between allies. NATO became a joke after the cold war, USA forgot that NATO was an aliance against a common enemy, the soviet union. after the cold war USA treated nato members like they are puppet states, and that caused big problems. only a few countries opposed this, France, Britain, and less important member of the Alliance, Turkey. let alone this, NATO countries who had huge and effective armies during the cold war, became obsolate afterwards. Germany and German army is a good example, they have the technology and money but they cant even operate 200 leopard tanks at the same time, while much more poor nato countries like turkey can maintain hundreds of leopards and Sabras and tens of thosuands of armored personal carriers with less money... what a tragedy.

I am from Balikesir Turkey :) This is 9th jet fighter air base :) now they’re flying f-16 block 30/52 s

Most of these mirages are likely to be in Pakistan, which are awaiting their replacement by JF-17 Block 3 and J-10C. Mirages are hell of a machine , reliable and cost effective.
