what if receiving salary through proper transfer channel like WISE and the country does not have any income tax like middle east then why to pay tax here in pakistan. it must considered as a foreign source income i.e remittance and must be exempted, and also it reflects in bank statement and have proper WISE receipts. so should i add as foreign salary or foreign source income ?

I work remotely for a foreign country and i receive salary in my bank without any deduction. The purpose code on my PRC is 0401 which is for home remittance, so should i declare the amount in foreign income or foreign remittance. I went to PSEB for registration and they didn't register me because the purpose code was for home remittance.
