I'm happy the new 89 Keaton has a way better body judging from MRC new unboxing video. It can hold bends in the legs and arms, not that I'd pose him in a crazy action pose because of the nature of the suit, lol. Great stream guys, fun to catch the replay!
I think just the herd mentality twisted everybody’s perception in order to just hate on JND😅. Aside of the hair , the JND Ron looks more realistic than the InArt one . Only the sculpted hair lacks detail In comparison.
I agree, the sculpt in itself is actually really good but to me it's like he looks too old. If they can de-age him a little but keep the likeness and realism then they might be the winner.
@@tyria93 probably will get softer from the prototype when mass produced ,so it should be fine . I mean I’m not a HP fan ,so i really don’t care . It’s just the community as a collective seems to have created a bias whenever they hear JND to hate it and when they hear InArt to love it ,and at this stage i think its borderline delusional . I think JND are doing well that they try to lower their prices even though producing in Korea is probably more expensive than producing in China . I’m interested to see them do characters from LOTR/TH which is where i collect ,personally . Of course hoping they do something different not repeat InArt and Asmus releases . But well , competition is good anyways ,and considering JND are lowering the prices this time ,i hope they succeed .
1:14:27 BigBreda ^_^ ..many years ago Hot Toys held a Con type event, at that event, they had on show a life size outfit from JOKER. Many speculated Hot Toys were about to release a JOKER figure. It never happened until now. I guess Hot Toys struggled to obtain the license? I hope Hot Toys are more on the ball when it comes to JOKER 2, and offer a Lady Gaga Harley figure! ^_^
Since i have the InArt Joker on pre_order. Part of me has considered picking up the Hot Toys sculpted hair Joker. I could use the base for the InArt piece. Hot Toys would need to improve the head-sculpt for this to happen.
If i can get one, the Hot Toys Black Widow will be my 1st Artisan figure ^_^ Monday cannot come soon enough. If i understand correctly, there are 6000 up for sale. Does this mean Black Widow will only be available via Sideshow? does Sideshow get to sell all 6000 units? The Sideshow Collectibles que systems sucks on many levels.
The rooted hair on the Hot Toys Joker looks poor. The sculpted hair on the Hot Toys Joker lacks detail. The portrait likeness is ok, could be better. Fact is, the InArt Joker looks so much better. I will give Hot Toys some credit - their base concept looks very good, as does the chair. I just finished paying off the InArt Joker 2 pack from SuGo Toys.

As beautiful as Iron Man figures are and they do a very good job cannot argue with them especially with the different style base I just wish that one day they could come up with a way to make Iron Man USB power so we don't have to be getting with those drugs to take him batteries literally lost one of them for the arm and it took me two days to finally find it on the floor
Went to the world premiere of Deadpool and Wolverine yesterday and all I will say is if you have a ticket you will not regret getting it I cannot wait until Deadpool is up for pre-order but my god did they hit us with a wave of figures this week

Hot Toys should’ve offered a 2 pack with a power pose “curled up version” and a regular version.
As a LOTR collector I do have figures from Asmus . Asmus are Hit or Miss , their Aragorn is so bad I never bought him . But Christian who have never seen a single Asmus in hand , has a very strong opinion about products he has never seen and doesn’t know what tf he’s talking about . InArt’s Aragorn looks better than InArt’s Gandalf for sure.
Get 'em lol. I agree as a LotR collector. If you want a proper display of the IP you are forced to have Asmus figures which aren't as bad as people think.
@@prockzilla4787 my all time grail is the Asmus Thranduil from TH BOTFA . In hand he looks marvelous . When Asmus pay to proper scouters ,they get good figures out . I’m the most amused by the folx who discovered LOTR/TH existed because of a brand name such as InArt ,and acting like they know the IP and the stuff , they don’t ,they are just brand collectors 😅.
Well, don’t you have strong opinions about products you have never seen too? Why talk about others doing the same? You seem to have strong opinions about Inart Gandalf that you have never seen in person, right? And as I said in another comment, I guess you have the poor cousin Asmus Gandalf to have such a strong disliking for the Inart Gandalf. Best 1/6 figure I have ever seen. And I have more than 100 HT. The paint details, it’s a step up from HT, and HT is a step up from Asmus. Asmus I just can’t, it’s so bad, except for your grail, I like what I have seen in the pics. Seems good. But everything else, no.
Unless InArt Gandalf is one of those figures that looks terrible in photos but great in hand . Also that “ poor cousin “ looks a lot better in hand photos than any InArt Gandalf photo out there . You have not seen enough Asmus to comment at all. And you base it on photos yourself . However that reviewer who puts the InArt Gandalf next to the InArt Aragorn paints an interesting picture of the InArt Aragorn looking far better than their Gandalf . I give opinion of figure per figure case , you on the other hand ,sound like a brand loyalist .
Spectacular collection!! All very well displayed and with fantastic poses. I liked it a lot 🤩. The only thing that surprised me is that you don't have anything from series like The Mandalorian or Boba Fett. A greeting from Spain.

I think hot toys for May the 4th did a very excellent job and how they brought out figures they really showcased their dark sideline very well with a good amount of figures for the first week and then some Heavy Hitters for this week even though there might be some people that might complain that No Return of the Jedi and nothing from Attack of the Clones but to me with the large amount that you got a total of 10 figures what is there to complain about and we still have summer showcase and Toy Fair so definitely not done or do I sync Fort sister and fifth brother should come out this year is pretty much been a year since they've been revealed
I agree. Plenty of new figures for The dark side event which is close enough to May 4. I’m sure figures from OT & PT will come later. Either way it’s good time to be a Star Wars hot toys collector
