I love EPR ... been using it for about 2 years .... there is no sludge in my engine. I change oil / filter at around 5,000 miles along with an EPR treatment ... I run the engine for 45 minutes at around 1,200 rpm ... then I drain it to the last drop. When adding the new oil, I also use BG MOA treatment ... all of this has been working very well for me .... thanks for your video 👍

Harbor Freight does have rapid chargers ....ones that come in the kit take a while to charge

3:02 Look close, it appears the block is cracked between cylinders 1 and 2.

I think there are two possibilities, you got air in the system or the unloader valve is not working. If it is air, it should quit doing that after you run it awhile. The other solution is to search youtube for something like "fix pressure washer unloader valve". There are plenty of videos on how to fix your pressure washer.

That oil did not look bad. You should send a sample to Derick (Vice Grip Garage) for the taste test.

I was waiting to see what the oil looks like. Maybe next video?

The microgard SELECT is far superior to the standard microgard. The select is as good as any filter out there IMO.

I bought well over a dozen Bauer tools and they are good tools for the money but I don't have that 3/8 impact but I seen video of people saying that thing is weak. My Bauer 6 1/2 circ saw is good but a little weak but I like the form factor, blade is on the side I like and it's lite and easy to use. I paid 50 bucks for the 1st one and it lasted years until I burned out the brushes. I bought the second one for 27. Bucks on sale . What a great deal ! So I will see how good it is. My old Bauer was dark red, new one matches my other Bauer tools. I think they are trying to get better built tools and selling their not so great tools cheap. I'm a diy guy that builds my own sheds and decks and I'm always redoing something in my home. I can't see paying 150. for a saw when I can get a Bauer for 25. Plus tax. They are not pro grade tools but they work for me.

Probably a defect, take it back for a replacement.

I thought about the 3/8 impact, too, but ended up grabbing the 1/4 impact driver instead. I bought the high torque 1/2 a while back, so I figured the impact driver might be more useful to me. For the $$, I think Bauer is pretty on point.

Good project. I know it's faded a bit but I love the color. Old Hondas are worth it cause once you get it going it's super easy to maintain and fun to mess around with. The d16z6 is a great balance between fun and mpg

The newer microgards are made by premium guard and are higher build quality look for the Chinese or Vietnam made ones

Thanks for making the video. I have the exact same bike with only 1,596 miles. I recently took it all down to refurbish as stuff still goes bad sitting for so long. Redid the brakes, fuel system, carb etc I'm using your video to make sure I have everything back in the same place. Now that I'm retired I do plan to ride it quite often. Do you mind me asking how much you paid?

Dont know if you still have this bike but, the choke tension is adjustable on most bikes. You just tighten the top where the rubber boot is, it will hold the choke open then. Just use your fingers.

What region are you located in? I'm in Northeast Ohio and can't believe how little rust you have! I have a 2000 Camry with 280k still going strong.

That off-brand timing belt is going to come back & haunt you; anywhere from 20k+ miles after installation it can just snap after it dries rot a little from age because the quality is bad

From 1986 to 1995... 10 consecutive years the same XR ... The XLR I think it went further.

I just had a wix failure that caused the oil light on my subaru to flicker. When I cut it open, the bypass valve looked like it was deforming. I need to be honest though, the previous oil change had gone for almost 10k? Things happen, This oil change only had 2.5k, then light flicker. I honestly think the filter got plugged up a little. And then I used a microguard filer with 100% synthetic! lol, I'm a mechanic that just don't care. I'll either fix it or get a new one. One of my subi's is on it's third engine, their just so cheep and easy.

I have the same bike. Running Kenda track masters. Run mostly off road. So reliable. Never let me down.

I have this bike. I use a close pin to hold the choke halfway open while it warms up. It takes about 15 minutes.

Great video. I have the 1992! One thing I did was change the carb to a flatside Mikuni and everything was AWESOME. Starts 1st kick, stays idling from the start without having choke on (don't even need choke really), will stay running on its side, and when dropped at running temps starts right back up. Before switching to the new carb I'd have to kick the living shit out of it to start it again. Always started, but took so long.....
